Glimpse of BIT

The curriculum is more like make students understand and application oriented rather than just stuffing students with bare facts and knowledge oriented. The package for CSE is pretty awesome so that is the reason why I chose it and also I love to learn computer science. May be some more hands on experience needed We get to have internal exams every 2-2.5 months each semester

Virtusa offered stipends for a few students, Juspay also offered internships with stipends for a few people that's all I know ,More IT cluster students are getting internships compared to non-IT students

Placement are pretty good ample amount of money is spended for placements here so that only we have less culturals. Students are eligible for campus placement once the complete their 5 th semester. This year nearly 50 companies visited the college and 300+ offers were given. This year the highest package is 14.5 laks and still companies are comming and the average package is 5 laks. They provide 100 percentage placement here My plan after getting the degree is to become an entrepreneur.

No increase in tution fee for me it will remain almost the same for the whole 4 years of my study time. The complete cost of my education is around 2.05 lakhs every year One can avail numerous scholarship including BC/MBC scholarships, Pragathi Scholarship, Students with agriculture background can avail some scholarships,can apply for Reliance Foundation Scholarship which is 50,000 I have not yet got any job I am in the beginning stage

.Great ambience, greenary all over the campus. We have one festival called "The Pongal vizha",that is the main festival here which happens for 3 days straight where we can dance and see musical fest during the final day night. Accessing books is so easy as it is digitalized and no longer an old method of writing namein a paper At academic classroom we have project via which the teachers teach,we have computer labs air conditioned We have sports day here and we conduct a lot of events like both tech events and sports events,yoga events. We have a lot of content creators at our college ,they share about the technical events that's happening in various departments

Hostel facility is worth for the money,they provide a single cot,a separate cupboard,a separate study table with study light and a chair for each students,there are four member/six members/eight members cot rooms available The quality of mess food is 9.0 out of 10 as it is healthy,hygienic and variety of dishes were provided which meats our daily protein,vitamin and all essential nutrients One can register for the hostel when they take admission and is soo affordable.

To be eligible for the CSE course one should get a minimum cutoff of 180 Can apply through Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) if you want to come through merit quota/councelling.If you can afford for donations then you can visit the college directly and can get application form. For BC category one should get a minimum cutoff of 183 for getting CSE course. After joining one can avail BC/MBC scholarships and a few other scholarships are also available. You'll have to write two internals within 5 months before your end semester exam you'll have 2 to 2.5 months gap between each internal exam,the difficulty level is moderate as we understand most of the concepts rather than byharting all the pages. I can't think of any ways to improve the admission process everything is well and good
