Course Curriculum Overview
The course is freshly designed for the students and is updated with the current job market. As an autonomous institution the curriculum followed is similar to IITB. Each semester have 3 exams two mid semester and one end semester . A student have to maintain a certain percentage in the mid semester to appear in the end semester. The difficulty level of the exams are in moderate level.
Internships Opportunities
The college has signed MOU with various industries and ISRO AND IITGN for internships. The college also provide in campus internships and also organizes the internship giving drive to the students. The roles are majorly of technical domain but some non tech internships are also offered.
Placement Experience
Placements are decent enough and their is a decent ROI for the GIA branch students.Most placements are in technical companies. Almost 40 companies each year arrives for the technical and non technical placement. approximately 60% students got placement on campus who have applied for the same. Average package is 5-6 lakhs /annum and highest of this year (2024) is 54 lakhs(off campus).
Fees and Financial Aid
Our yearly fees for the GIA branch is 10000 and the SFI branches are 133000 approx. MYSY scholarship is awarded on the basis of financial conditions and other grants are provided for the female candidates.Tution fees is null for female students.
Campus Life
Our annually fest is UDAAN and this college is rich in extra curricular activities like robocom ,robofest, startup funding and various technical and non technical event organising. College also have various clubs like GFG, IEEE, NCC, NSS, SSIP,AI-ML, CODECHEF, GDSC,TSA etc.
Hostel Facilities
2hostels are available for boys only. Fees of the government hostel is 28000 per year (mess not Included) And AM NAIK hostel fees is 85000 /yr (mess included with attached bathroom and mattresses). There is no college hostel available for girls. AM NAIK hostel is fully furnished and the environment is clean and tidy but some issue with the mess food.
Admission
Admission is based on GUJCET score card and counselling is done through ACPC. Application fees is 300 and the exam is conducted every year on March and April. The exam is conducted on nearby opted centres and it is done on the omr sheets.
Interview Experience
No ,the selection is done purely on the basis of GUJCET score card and some seats have also been filled through jee mains rank on Gujarat level. There is the 60% weitage of 12th marks and 40% weightage of GUJCET marks for the admission rank.
