What Students Say

Likes

GNIT encourages students in all the aspects.
It conducts the biggest fest called brumous in season of winter which is the best fest it encourages all the students to take part in it.
It also conducts many seminars and encourages student clubs to conduct events and the GNIT campus is also having the GDSC

Dislikes

Only one fest will be conducted in the college
The food in the college hostels is horrible
There is no sufficient faculty for the Emerging technologies department

Course Curriculum Overview

My course belongs to emerging technologies which has future weightage.. The college GNI encourages the students talents and skills..they also provide many competitions like hackathons.. I chose this course as the whole future will depend on AI in coming up years.

Class Size: 69Course Fees: INR 59000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I was allotted to this college on the basis of eamcet rank My course is CSM ..the whole fee about 94k and I came on the basis of eamcet so the government will pay the scholarship amount about 35 k to the college and government also provides the btech students about 5k scholarship who are under OBC category

Campus Life

The whole infrastructure of GNI is very good .. beautiful and awesome...we can't tell that in words ..brumous fest is the biggest winter fest conducted in our college .all the students are invited to take participation in this event. The atmosphere inside the campus is full of positive atmosphere...and not only gni focuses on the studies but also focuses on many sports and startups to encourage the students skills.

Admission

Currently iam persuing btech from gurunanak institute of technology in the branch CSE specialized in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Iam allotted into this college through eamcet with 17000 rank into GNIT.. GNIT And GNITC are the two campuses of GNI The students who got below 35k in eamcet rank can apply to cse in gnit or gnitc ,the will easily get the seat..

Coming to the placements our college will be in the first place . Because we will get over 20- 30 for internships and 200-400 for full time companies . So I would give it a 5 star rating for that. The highest pack is 55 lakh and the avg is 8 lakh . I want to get places in a good tech company. From 3 rd semester students can be available to sit in the placements

My Review My Perspective

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is good and mostly useful. The main reason I chose this course is because the subjects were interesting to me. We have two mid-term 30 Marks Each exam and one final exam 60 Marks in every semester. There are internal assignments and lab exams also. The exams are not very hard, but you need to study regularly. Most students pass if they prepare properly.
