I didnot like the course curriculum of semester -1 and semester -2.In both semesters we had other courses which is irrelevant to our branch.If it is changed it will be useful for so many students.Faculty was good

Our campus placements are good.The institute dedicated placement cell that works tirelessly to facilitate placements for students.IIT Bhubaneswar has witnessed participation from wide range of companies spanning various sectors including information.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many scholarships,fees reimbursement process which is helpful to many students.Students who cannot avail it they can use loan which is useful for them in paying fees.It is better to give more reimbursement things

Campus Life

There are many clubs,our campus life is very good it made our dreams true .Our campus infrastructure developed in these days .I am a part of so many cultural clubs , technical clubs.I had made many friends from it.

Hostel Facilities

Our hostel facility is very good .The institute provides on campus residential accommodation for all students ensuring condeceive living environment.The hostel buildings are well maintained and equipped with essential eminites.

I cracked Joint Entrance Exam in difficult COVID times.I have practiced more for Join Entrance Exam Advanced Exam In College there is a team named Counseling Service Team it helped me lot in registration process.

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

My college experience

I applied for geophysics and mining in ISM Dhanbad. But I filled my current college and branch above them. Also these branches are not very popular among students but as I didn't scored very well in my JEE advance examination, I had very few choices. To get into an IIT you first need to clear JEE mains cutoff and then clear JEE advance. After that we need to apply for JOSAA counseling in which we fill our college choices and 6 rounds will be conducted for alloting a college from our choices...Read More
