Likes

Greenery is beautiful, infrastructure is good. Classrooms have developed etc
The sports facilities are very nice. There are many multi courts and things
There's also many pools which are constructed recently

Dislikes

The time during summer is very hard there so much temperatures
Riding cycles on these slope roads is hard
There are comparatively less events conducted

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very organized and clear. The time table is very optimized. It went by increasing the level of toughness. The institute rules and regulations are very good. The students are well compatible.

Internships Opportunities

There are intern opportunities but I won't say that each and every person gets an internship due to heavy competition they just consider only few students but there are many opportunities in which they can try for internships core students are also allowed to try in non core like coding

Fees and Financial Aid

Some scholarships will be provided for backward casts like NSP and also they can get based on merit in their departments, basically M tech and PhD students are provided stipends. If someone having financial issues can apply for educational loan also

Campus Life

For us annually both tech and cultural fests will be conducted named wissenaire ,e-summit Alma fiesta-cult in which outers can also participate which gives many opportunities to students. We are provided with many facilities like clubs in which many cultural activities are learned.

Hostel Facilities

We are provided hostels at the moment we take admission,we have 6 hostels,18k fee in which we have both indoor and outdoor activities, specially individual messes are provided,single accommodation is provided for each student

Hostel Fee: INR 36000 per year

Admission

The cut off was 60 marks for obc during that time. There were 7 rounds. I got IIT BHUBANESWAR all the rounds in electrical engineering department. The application form will be available in the jee website or the college website.

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

My college experience

I applied for geophysics and mining in ISM Dhanbad. But I filled my current college and branch above them. Also these branches are not very popular among students but as I didn't scored very well in my JEE advance examination, I had very few choices. To get into an IIT you first need to clear JEE mains cutoff and then clear JEE advance.
