I got the admission to this college through mht-cet and my score was 82. While i zeroed on to two colleges, i took admission to this college because there were 70% practical instruments available for experiment(more were added while i was in the 2nd year) and not many colleges have this many instruments available and also when i interacted with the faculty before taking admission, they were very friendly.

Yes, the college do provide internship during summer vacation for 3 months with stipend varying from 2500-4000 per month. Internship was provided in industries in midc area of nagpur.

While the placement for mechanical branch was not good(only around 20 % students were placed) with average salary being around 2 lacs per annum but for branches like computer engineering and it engineering was good(around 60 % students got the job offer) with average salary being 2.2 lacs per annum.

Textra (mix of technical event and other activities)students from around 20 colleges from nagpur and outside of nagpur participate in this event with average number of students being around 2000 every year ganeshotsav (cultural)students from the college participate for various activities such as dance, music, and fun games, events by individual branches are also organised.

Fee was not very expensivefee structure for 2010 batch was 69000 per annum+separate fee for university exam around 2200 per semesterfor 2011 batch fee was 72000 per annum, fee can be paid in instalments the fee structure is regulated by aicte and nagpur university, so there will not be any abrupt hike in fee in future unless the college attains autonomous status.

No scholorship from college side. loan can be easily availed from various banks. Scholorship for scheduled castes and other backward class can be availed from government schemes.

Campus life was good. Made a few friend for life.gender ratio for mechanical branch was bad 4 girls for 80 boys, for other branches it was good mostly 1:1 ratio. Students were from almost all the religions.most of the students were from middle-class family and well cultured.there was no rude behaviour towards other students as such.

An alumni meet was held this year in the month of january(january 2015) and it was a good experience to meet my seniors and hear their future flans and a few success stories. They also heard my future flans and gave their opinions and suggestions. There is a whatsapp group and may be soon there will be a facebook page also.
