Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is too hactic in first year . one have to attend 75% class to eligible for sem exam . Paper is langhty and tough . one should have to work hard to pass the exam . Prf teach well but need to attend class properly

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure vary according to reservation if a student family income is less than 1 lpa than tution fee is 0 and if a student family income is less than 5lpa than its tution fee is 45000 and restbhave to pay 160000

Campus Life

Collage life is good. Technex and kashiyatra are cultural fest that held every year . Sport fest also held in are in college .And a lot of students participate in it and there is lots of goodies and award

Admission

To get into IIT one should give IIT jee advanced .Jee advanced exam held ones in a year .one should get application form from nta site . Paper level is too tough but can be cracked with hardwork and consistency

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.

I choose iit bhu because of iit tag string mining dept and most imp the campus life which felt better than other options i have . I have options of few iits like iit dhanbad and all but iit bhu stood out the most from all other iits in terms of everyaspect as it has strong placements records and aluminia base with lots of supported startups.
