Course Curriculum Overview

NMIMS Hyderabad follows dual specialization. It allows you to have two specialisations one major and one minor at the same time. The faculty for Marketing, Finance, Operations and Strategy is good for our batch but the actual experience may vary.

Internships Opportunities

A lot of internship opportunities are provided by the college in various specializations like marketing, finance, sales, operations, HR, and consultancy. You can also take an internship from outsidee.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees for each year are 10 lakhs for 2023-25 Batch. It will increase for the next batch. The hostel fee is 225000 for each year. There are many clubs and committees which you can be a part of after the selection process.

Campus Life

There are various clubs and committees in the college like the placement committee. Cultural committee (Nexus). Academic committee, Marketing club, Finance club, HR club, operations club and many more.

Admission

The admission process of NMIMS Hyderabad involves the NMAT Entrance exam. The cutoff for the year 2023 was 206. My NMAT score was 222. After clearing the cutoff, Candidates had to submit the SOP (Statement of Purpose) followed by an interview on the Mumbai Campus. Based on the interview and NMAT score candidates received an offer letter.

1.the students from second year are eligible for placements and students in first year are eligible for summer internship programme. 2.almost 18 companies visited in last two months 3.the highest package offered is 14 lakh and average package offered is 6.5 lakh per annum. 4.it varies year to year ,currenty 78% got placed 5.i want to get into a reputated company with a decent package

Placement Experience:

There is no such semester limit for students to became eligible for campus placements. Parle, airtel, muthoot finance, learning routes and etc companies visited our campus and also nearly 50-60 members were get selected from management department. 7.8Lpa is the the highest package from parle company and average package is 4.5 lpa from remaining companies. Minimum 60 percentage is required to attend campus placements.

Placement Experience:

From the Start of 4th trimester, students will become eligible for campus placements. Deloitte, PWC, alliant, tech Mahindra, s and p global, federal Bank, axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Franklin Templeton, writers corporation, transgraph, Reckitt, hikeys etc. had visited our campus for placements so far. To now only 20% of the students for placed. I want to get a good placement first from the college.

Great Institute for MBA

Remarks:

At first, I was very focused on joining an IIM for my MBA but as the the cut offs were pretty high and I couldn't crack them and I didn't want to lose another year, so I started looking for a college that will accept me at the last minute. I found this college and it's admission process was still going on, hence I decided to join it after considering a the good facilities along with an impressive placement records of past years. The application form was submitted through the online process and I also had to pay an application fee for the process which I don't remember now.

Admission:

The management course was very much interesting to pursue. I applied here for the MBA after giving this TSICET entrance. As per the TSICET scores which were 80 percent and my graduation percentage, I was able to get into this college to pursue the same course.

The admission process during my admission was quite simple, where you need to give nmat. The registration process for nmat starts in august/ September where you can book slots for giving exam as per your choice till January. Only first attempt was counted for all nmims campuses. The difficulty level of the exam is moderate without negative marking. After clearing the cutoff of 210 score, wat- pi was done online itself but currently the process is done at mumbai campus for all off campuses. In the admission process, NMAT exam is the first step. The forms are available on nmat.org website and the few for the same is around 2500-3000 Rs. During our time 3 attempts were possible. The year I had applied for admission the cutoff was 208, I had scored 218 because of which I qualified.
