Course Curriculum Overview

As a PCM background student I have not much options to take as choosing a career.Cource curriculum is bit good and faculties are more cooperative.Our exam has been done two times is a year or we can call it as two semester exams .Each semester we have to appear for 5 exam as there are 5 subjects per semester

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

Our college provides campus placement but there are not that good ,It provides highest package of 16 lakhs per annum these year from company called praviag pand average package of around 5.5 lakhs per annum

Fees and Financial Aid

In one semester we have to pay 40000 rupees in which all expenses are included,As we have to pay 40000 per semester it means 80000 per year,which is quite affordable as compare to other engineering colleges . College doesn't have any scholarships but government provides multiple scholarships

Campus Life

There are multiple clubs in college for multiple activities,in all of those NCC is my personal favourite, Campus Life is quite good , college has big ground for cricket and football also , College has around 40 acres campus area which makes our college one of the largest college of Chhattisgarh

Hostel Facilities

Our college have hostels for both girls and boys where boys hostel is divided into three parts,where one part is for 1st year students which is quite big which includes a volleyball court and big area for running and walking . We have to pay 40000 rupees for per semester (6months)

Hostel Fee: INR 80000 per year

Admission

To get admission in Bhilai Institute Of Technology,Durg , students have to appeared for state entrance exam called CGPET and get good marks ,This college is one of the best college of Chhattisgarh that's why it cutoff is bit high rather other colleges

The placement of this college is average at the end it depends upon the students and the skill From seventh semester students become eligible for placements Companies visited for campus like cognizant etc As I heard the highest package of our college is 48LPA

BIT DURG a 3.5/5 college

Placement Experience:

To be honest placement scenario is not really good. One becomes eligible for placement in the final year. Companies like cognizant used to visit the college for mass recruitment but after covid even they are not visiting. But few startups visit every year. The highest package this year was 12 lpa ctc. And avg 6 lpa. Only 30 percent get placement. My plan is to do M TECH.

Ssipmt Raipur review my experience

Placement Experience:

Placements at SSIPMT Raipur are pretty good. Students become eligible from 6th semester for campus placements. Companies that visit: TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc. They mostly offer roles like software developer, support engineer, tester, etc. Highest Package: ?42 LPA (off-campus international placement) Average Package: Around ?6 LPA Placement Percentage: Almost 100% for CS/IT branches if the student is active and skilled. My Future Plan: After completing my degree, I’ll try to get placed through campus first, then maybe switch later for better opportunities or prepare for higher studies if needed.

Placement Experience:

The placements are not at all good here, the highest package ever is 7.5LPA and the lowest is 1.25LPA so the average usually comes around 2.5LPA which is not enough with the current inflation rates of our country. And they don't get very big companies to come for the hiring.

Placements are decent. It doesn't not matter from which branch you are . If you have skills and have a cgpa of above 7-7.5 most companies allow students from every branch to sit for placements. If you are decent in studies and you managed to brush up your skills in these four years . You will grab a good package despite whatever your branch is.

This is a reputed college in Chhattisgarh, and maybe that's why I chose this college. One can get into it by giving either JEE Mains or CGPET.
