Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is up to date with the usage of modern ways of teaching by the professors. Cae studies and real-life simulations are done in the class to get a better understanding of the topic. Some area of improvement can be in the number of classes as it feels way to less. Exams are also taken on a regular basis.
Internships Opportunities
An internship is something that every student has to do in the end of the first year. Our college provides Internship opportunities to its students in various field and the prominent recruiters are coming in each and every field to give internships. Great recruiters like Delloite, EY visits the campus to give internship.
Placement Experience
Placement are something which every students wants at the end of their MBA. Our college provides almost 100% placements to its students and the average package which the students are getting is 1450000. Good companies like J.P Morgan, BNY Mellon visits the campus for hiring.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of the college is 1995000 out of which approximately 1400000 is tuition fees and other 600000 is hostel fees. Fees are increased on a basis of 10% every year. No scholarship is given to the students as of now.
Campus Life
The campus life of our college is very happening. As it is a residential campus the experience that we get is surreal. The college has various clubs and societies. I am a part of the sports committee because of which I get my hands-on experience of organising sports events in the college. These clubs and societies gives a lot of exposure and networking opportunities to the students.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are mainly of three types Single, Double and Triple sharing. All the rooms of the college are air-conditioned. Our college has 2 mess in which the students can have food and the quality of the food in the mess is also good. Overall the accommodation and meals provided by the college are good
Admission
I always wanted to pursue my career in the field of management which is why I chose the course. The admission process for Great Lakes was smooth with WAT and PI. I took admission in the college through CAT in which I got 92 percentile. There are no reservation benefits available in the college.
Interview Experience
The admission process consisted WAT and PI. For WAT our topic was about self-help groups for women and in PI there were two professors both male and the questions were mainly based on my academics and the current affairs of that time. I took classes for preparation of these rounds.
