Likes

The quality of education is nice and professors are educated, knowledgeable and experienced. They give their full efforts for our betterment.
Not only do they get to widen their horizon with in depth education but each of the department has excellent faculty members who make the learning process interesting and effective
Under the excellent guidance from able mentors , students careers are shaped in the best possible way

Dislikes

The girls washroom's a9902339448@yblt svit is not immaculate.
They don't give importance towards culture activities or any kind of sports activities for students
Ambiance of the canteen and infrastructure should be improved

Placement Experience

The students become eligible for campus placement from 6th sem .The placement at svit is excellent enough for students to get into various companies. Highest package at svit is 10-11 lpa average lies between 4-6 lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

Since I didn't complete my first year I do know about the Tutition fee increase policy, if you have joined through kcet over all fee for btech will cost around 4-5 lakhs . We need to enroll for SSP scholarship provided by government of Karnataka.

Campus Life

In svit as of now the information I got from senior is there will be two fests every year . College laboratory is also well equipped so that the student can perform various types of experiments on their own and learn something new from that . Other than that college also provides facility of library

Admission

I got into this college through management quota and the addmission process was smooth. Normally the cutoff for cs stream in sai vidhya institute of technology lies between 35k-40k in kcet upto second extended round . Timings for kcet exam for physics, chemistry and maths is 3 hours (for each subject it is one hour) It is a competitive exam hence the difficulty level of the question paper is moderate

Placement Experience:

Value for money with decent faculty, placements a d campus life.

Placement Experience:

At BMSIT, students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester onwards. A good number of companies visit the campus every year, including Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Cisco, Amazon, and Dell, among others. The highest package in recent years has gone above ?30 LPA, while the average package usually stays around ?6–7 LPA for CSE students. Around 80% of students get placed, mostly in roles like software development, web development, data science, and AI/ML engineering. Personally, after completing my degree, I plan to sit for campus placements and aim for a role in software development. I also want to continue upskilling in advanced areas like full-stack and AI to grow my career further.

BMS College of Engineering truth

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for campus placement from 7th sem. A lot of companies visit the campus,around 300 companies visit and around 1200 offers are made. The big ones are oracle, natwest, ring central,visa. The highest package is around 35 lpa, the average is around 10 lpa. Around 65% students do get placed. My plans are to get a good job after this degree.

My experience in MVIT

Placement Experience:

As I mentioned earlier, the placement provided is moderate and is decreasing day by day. There were only few companies visited this year and almost more than half students are not placed. After completion of the course, searching for a job is really hectic and challenging. I am facing the same situation and i don't wish to give this situation to anyone.
