Course Curriculum Overview

As PGDM is known for its market ready curriculum Jagsom is no different. The Finance curriculum and the faculties that this college provide was a major influencing point for me to choose this college over others.

Class Size: 287Course Fees: INR 16000000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provide good internship opportunities in the companies like Oracle, Honey well, PWC and many others big firms for Finance marketing, hr and analytics field. The opportunities are very exhaustive and helpful.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is well planned, initially student have to give ?50000 to book their seat. After which they have to pay ?480000 in Feb, Oct and in March next year to complete the total fees. The ERP system is well functional and hassle free.

Campus Life

The campus or the hostel will not let anyone feel bored because after every 1-2 month their is some event organised by Cultural Committee which is unique and well diverse. Students love to engage in that activities and explore new things.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good, well equipped with generator 24 hr water supply, high quality cleanliness team which comes twice a week to clean the rooms. Washroom are cleaned every day. Room is good and quite livable.

Hostel Fee: INR 200000 per year

Admission

The admission was very smooth and was completed in 4 hours. The Jagsom Entrance exam was tough and at par with CAT exam. The application process was very Hassel free, starting from finding the application form till scheduling the interview.

Interview Experience

Yes, their was a written exam which was at par with CAT and then students have to be ready for GDPI- which is of two rounds, 1st their will be an Shoulder panel interview which will be taken by immediate senior and then there will be an another rounds of interview taken by Corporate, Faculty and one Observer.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

A Solid Choice for Industry-Ready Graduates.

For two year PGDM programs, there are various eligibility criterias like CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT and JAGMAT. JAGMAT ia a requirement at the time of selection process. The application form, fees and the dates are provided in the website. JAGMAT is an aptitude test which comprises of 3 sections- 1)English Language proficiency 2) Quantitative aptitude 3) Logical reasoning The total marks is 75 and each section will be of 25 marks. the duration of the test is 90 minutes.
