- Hostel facilities are very poor and they don't listen easily you have to complaint against and again.
- The curriculum being taught is very old and is not updated and they are teaching the old version since many years.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed Computer Science as my preferred subject but I was alloted Data Science according to my marks. What I have observed is that there is no difference between the curriculum of Computer Science and Data Science , they both are same. There are exams two times during a semester and one time is University exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees was increased suddenly at the end of second semester which was a very bad decision because I was not able to pay it on time due to financial crisis. They didn't send any notice and just asked to pay the due amount. The complete B.Tech costs 4,00,000/- without hostel and if hostel included , It would cost you 8,00,00/- for the entire four years. There are various scholarships available through the semesters but there are more scholarships for girls.
Campus Life
The annual techno cultural fest is Pravah , which is not so much good , they do not allocate budget properly and even deduct 50% Money which students collect from different events. Sports are average, only those are taken into consideration who are already good at some sport.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is average. The room is provided with one bed and one table along with chair. There is duct facility during Summers but they turn it on during certain timings only. Mess food is below average and quantity of snacks served is also less.
Admission
You can choose the college branch according to your marks in 12th and percentile in JEE. The counseling and registration process is easy , there will be counselors to support you for everything. They can improve the fees deposition and documentation process.
