The course curriculum is really good and includes all the core subjects of biotechnology as well as some technical subjects and computer language which is why I chose this course. This is a 4 year course ,each year has 2 semesters. There are 2 CTs with University exams at the end of semester.

There are limited opportunities in terms of internship. There are generally no paid internship provided to the students and we have to pay for most of them . The college don't puch much emphasis on providing interships instead students have to look for it for themselves.

After getting in 7th semester, the students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are not a lot of biotech companies that place students in core biotech jobs so if you're seeking for core jobs go for higher studies. Biotechnology students are given chance to sit for placements in IT companies , you can prepare yourself accordingly.

The academic fees is to be paid yearly according to the fee structure and not semester wise and same goes for the hostel fees.( College fees is Approximately 135000/yr and hostel fees is 105000/yr). Their is a government scholarship scheme which college informs about . Campus employment opportunity is not that good .

College have there own uniform which is mandatory so we cannot style as we like. You can bunk some lectures but overall attendance is monitored, so we have to maintain average attendance 60 to 70 percent atleast. College organize various event throughout the year, 1. Vibgyor (this is thr biggest event which has a celebrity appearance) 2. Techspardha (technical event which includes coding competitions, aptitude etc) 3. Aaghaz ( sports event which has various indoor and outdoor sports like chess volleyball cricket etc) Most of the events are inter-college. Library is not huge but it's fine. Not many students go to Library for books but it's available. College provides technical and aptitude training in between semesters which are partnered with training companies. College regularly organizes workshop that are not all boring, but not all of them are useful. Lastly, college has a variety of clubs, Aptitude club, Coding club, Gaming club, etc That fit your interests.

The hostel room doesn't have any special facilities. Two person share one room , you can have your own room if you pay doubled amount. AC rooms are available but you have to pay extra cost for AC room You cannot use any extra electronic devices like induction,kettle, table fan kr cooler You have to pay extra cost if you want to use. There are one induction at every floor Washrooms are fine. There is balcony in each room. Mess food is between good and average. They have almost all indian food and they doesn't have non vegetarian food except eggs. Fruits and milk is given in breakfast. Hostel prices are same as other colleges with all necessary facilities

I got in this college through UPSEE exam counseling . I secured 40th rank and opted this college as my first preference. In the counseling session I was told about all the documents and details needed . The eligibility criteria is that the 12th percentage should be more than 70% if you're taking direct admission.
