Hostel room is only good. Campus is also good

Dislikes

Hostel facility like washroom water problem, food is also not good.
Hygiene problem mangement is also not supportive.
Faculty also irritated the student the complete 6month semester in 4month syllabus is also not getting complete.

My intention behind choosing the course bsc agriculture is to gain knowledge about it. They are preparing the student for the future but only for exams. Teaching methods is good bt some teachers only give notes. Faculty also irritated the students during the exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 53000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuttion fee is not increasing but our hostel fee is increasing in very 6month . Tuttion fee in 1sem -26500 Hostel fee increasing from 40,000 to 50,000. Scholarship -ekalyan. Now I have no idea about job placement because I'm in 4th sem.

Campus Life

Annual fest, saraswati puja. Annual fest goes on for 4days 2days sports and 2day function. Library is good but the head of libraray is very strict and she never listen the problem of students. Sports department is not good they not send the qualified student to other place to play.

Admission

Eligibility of BSc agriculture -12th with maths & bio. In Google, we can find the form. No, I didn't get any benefit from this college. The management of this college is increasing the hostel fees and students not getting full facilities The area is good but the management of the Usha Martin University is not good.

Best College for Agricultural Science

Placement Experience:

After 7th semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. There is also internships provided during the last semester which is a good oppotunity for placement. Each year 8 to 10 companies or more visits for the placements. Many students are interested in higher degrees after graduation, so they also go for post graduation and doctorate.

Placement Experience:

You are eligible for placement in the 8th Semester. You have on campus as well as off campus placement. Students had grabbed good placements in various private firms mostly banking with an average package of 4-6 LPA. Since I am a first year student. I don't know much about placement and Internships. But you will get more opportunities in this university than any other agricultural university in this state. And in the coming future, the demand will increase for agriculture graduates. Most students who don't take placements prepare for JRF and higher studies or prepare for PCS and various vacancies in both government and private firms providing good posts and salaries. There are many more options to explore than you know now. You will get to know many more options from your professors and seniors.

From the 7th semester campus placement start. Companies like nestle, Unilever cames. The highest package is 12 lakh per annum. The lowest package is 10 lakh per annum. 66% of students get placement. My plan for MBA in agribusiness further.

I applied on various government colleges like BHU ,OUAT And various private colleges like Netaji Subhash university, jamshedpur . In BHU the eligibility criteria for taking agriculture was to have maths in higher secondary and I was not having that In ouat the counselling process was very late.
