Remarks

Well, you find everything in the campus at the cost of sacrificing weekend getaways, nightlife etc. from your life.

Entrance Preview

When I joined Banasthali Vidyapith law was in its first year. I was going to be the part of the first batch. So, I didn't actually have to appear for an entrance exam. Although there was a cut off list made on the basis of marks secured in 12th board examination.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course is well planned to give what is rightly required. It covers almost all the major and most of the minor Fields/ subjects. Students, in order to not lose their cultural and moral values, are also taught a foundation course. The course is not copied from other universities but is rather a result of the time as efforts of the best minds of the country.

Internships Opportunities

The college provides internships to the students with the best resume. Although we an internship cell but only the deserving and the hard working can extract benefits aid and support out of it. After all, Banasthali Vidyapith has a name and it must maintain it.

College Events

4.5

Banasthali Vidyapith celebrates almost every festival, Diwali, Id, Christmas, basant panchmi, good Friday and even navratri and many more. Everyday is phenomenal at Banasthali. The University respects every religion, and believes that the University is a home away from home for the students. Therefore students must not be deprived of the joy of celebrating any event that they would have celebrated while at home.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee is pretty feasible. Banasthali provides an ample and apt environment for self-development, great academic experience, home-like hostels and food, a 900 acre campus, nearly 70 activities to participate in and for this it is charging a very nominal fee.

Hostel Facilities

4

Banasthali Vidyapith believes in the Gandhian philosophy of simple living and high thinking which is very well reflected by its infrastructure of hostels. Only table fans besides ceiling fans are allowed for use in the hostels. Mess food is nearly home like. But because of the serenity of that place these materialistic gaps don't even bother.

Alumni/Alumna

Meera Kumar, Awni CHATURVEDI are the proud alumni of Banasthali Vidyapith. Need I say more? It's founder was a member of the constituent assembly and played an important role in the drafting of the Constitution. The founder was also the first chief minister of Rajasthan. Due to which Banasthali's ties with the politics are really strong and still developing.

Exam Structure

Every department has two semesters a year. Two periodicals (internals) in every semester followed by One semester exam every semester. One assignment each for every periodical examination is also required to be submitted.

Admission

Banasthali Vidyapith has different admission procedure for different courses. For admission in college, there is either A cutoff list for courses like MBA, B.com and B.A. An entrance exam for courses like B.tech, BCA And consideration of CLAT score for courses like Law etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Thr curriculum is designed in a way as a usual law college but the benefit of this college is that we have legal aid clinic , which the students have the opportunity to join. In curriculum we also have variety of electives till 4th yearof college. Which i think is good as students might get the opportunity to explore other subjects related to law and not related to law. The exams are held twice a semester and the difficulty level depends upon the faculty setting the question paper. Usually the difficulty level is of othe law universities. For improvement wise i dont have any suggestions

Placement Experience:

Placements from the campus for law students is not that good and honestly I don't think the student should rely on the campus placements instead they can participate in different events and improve their CV for getting a good job . The internships play a vital role in the career of a law students . Law students mainly focus on the judiciary exams and if not that then they can go for the corporate sector or litigation after that . Else they can also prepare for other exams such as UPSC or also go for higher education
