A good college

According to me, as I have chosen computer science engineering (data science), it has a great future opportunities. The curriculum is well updated according to company demands in this changing world. Some improvements in teaching is required as they still follow traditional teaching methods. Exams are conducted time to time, to check the credibility of students and the difficulty is moderate to high.

The internship opportunities are average. It's upto students capabilities how good internship they grab compania like tcs Wipro etc come for on campus internships. The companies also provide pre placement offers(PPO).

Campus placements are not high, but there is campus placements. Some students got placed on the companies. But many of them opt for higher educations. The students after 7th sem are eligible for campus placements. The companies visited are tcs,Wipro, cognizant,l&t etc. 90%of students get placed. My plans are to get a good placement .

As the college is autonomous the tution fees are normal according to an middle class family, the rate hikes are minimal and are done on regular basis. The college provides scholarships on reservation and on the basis of merit list. The cost of semester is approximately 40000.

The campus life good not great, but satisfying. There are several cultural, tech and sports fest takes place in college. Ojas is the main cultural fest which is celebrated in a grand mannar. There are several clubs and societies which focus on overall development of students. Many inter college sports events also take place.

The addmission process was simple. It was very simple. For taking admission you have to give an entrance exam (state) cgpet (chhattisgarh pre engineering test) , on the basis of merit list admissions are done. It also provides reservation benefits. The exams are conducted once in a year with moderate difficulty level . There are some improvements needed in basic communication during counseling process
