Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is suitable for all the students. It prepares us well for real life applications as well. The course also helps us to get further opportunities after bachelors degree. The difficulty level is moderate.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 187000 per year

Placement Experience

The placements are good. The students after 5th semester are eligible for campus internships. Companies like infotech and teachnook come here to offer internship programmes. Approx 60 percent students gets well placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is of 5 lakhs 20 thousand for full course. The per semester fees for this course is of 60 thousand. Also the campus selection for internships also enables the students to enhance their roles.

Campus Life

The over all experience of the campus is very good. There are various clubs like gaming club and coding clubs are formed. Also the annual fests are organised like annual sports and engineers day and many more.

Admission

The admission process was well. There was no entrance exam but the admission was done on merit basis. The application fees was of 500 rupees. Exams are conducted on every three months. The exams are well conducted for better performance of students

Placement Experience:

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

Placement Experience:

At BIT Mesra third is like full of practice for placements and final year more of placements activities than studies. So, when all these things are in order placements obviously will be more or less certain and here they are certain only with almost 90% students are places through campus with annual placements of 8-10 lakhs per annum.

According to my perspective or point of view students initiate preparing for placement cells in 3rd year ( 5th semester). The highest package of our college is 14 LPA And average package is 3.4 LPA. Approx 72 %students got placed in different different companies like tcs, wipro, accenture etc.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.

At BIT Mesra for our departments many cpre companies like Tatva Chintan, Laxmi Organics and Kanoria Chemicals were among some listed companies that came for placements. Luckily we are less in numbers and therefore 90% students from our batch were placed from here. My plans after getting the degree is to pursue masters from US.

I applied on various government colleges like BHU ,OUAT And various private colleges like Netaji Subhash university, jamshedpur . In BHU the eligibility criteria for taking agriculture was to have maths in higher secondary and I was not having that In ouat the counselling process was very late. And in netaji Subhash university they do not conduct extra curricular activities muh as compared to Usha Martin University Hence I choose this university The eligibility criteria for getting admission in this college are to have 60% marks in 12th board must have good clc during schooling no criminal records etc...Read More
