Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is better for scoring enough. In relevance to course structure, the structure is beneficial for students. The course prepares us for real life applications. In the campus, there are selections being done on merit basis for internship.

Class Size: 160Course Fees: INR 525500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very well afordable for the students as the per semester ost is of 60000. The overall fees of the course is of 520000. There is scholarship as well for those who score above 90 percent.

Campus Life

The campus life here is quite enjoyable. There are fests organised by the university like annual fest, annual sports fest. There are various clubs as well like umu gaming club, coding club, and many more.

Admission

The admission process is good. There was no entrance exam but the admission was done on the merit basis. There was a cut off of 75 percent in class twelfth. The application fees was of hundred rupees.

Placement Experience:

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

Placement Experience:

At BIT Mesra third is like full of practice for placements and final year more of placements activities than studies. So, when all these things are in order placements obviously will be more or less certain and here they are certain only with almost 90% students are places through campus with annual placements of 8-10 lakhs per annum.

According to my perspective or point of view students initiate preparing for placement cells in 3rd year ( 5th semester). The highest package of our college is 14 LPA And average package is 3.4 LPA. Approx 72 %students got placed in different different companies like tcs, wipro, accenture etc.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.

Luckily we are less in numbers and therefore 90% students from our batch were placed from here. My plans after getting the degree is to pursue masters from US.

I applied on various government colleges like BHU ,OUAT And various private colleges like Netaji Subhash university, jamshedpur . In BHU the eligibility criteria for taking agriculture was to have maths in higher secondary and I was not having that In ouat the counselling process was very late.
