Course Curriculum Overview
The college provides the students with the latest and most updated courses to keep up the real world. The college has well equipped laboratories and qualified faculties.Most of the College faculties have many research papers published.
Internships Opportunities
Being a first year student, I don't have much Idea about Internship opportunities in this college, but I do know that people have cracked internships on their own in companies like Amazon, Keploy and others. So, that's one option. But that's all I know. It would be unfair to provide false information.
Placement Experience
The college does have a training and placement cell run by the students and faculty members and companies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro etc. come for visit and provide offers but don,t keep your expectations high because these are mass recruitment companies. Better go for off campus placements and learn and improve skills accordingly.
Fees and Financial Aid
My course (which is B.Tech Information Technology) fee structure is 80000 per year which is dividied into two semesters 40000 each semester . College does not provide its own scholorships but does have a scholorship assistance cell.The cell also provide some financial assistance.
Campus Life
The campus life is good enough not too great not too heavy. Faculties are awesome and very helpful. Some seniors are good and supportive and also give valuable guidance. The campus is very neat and clean and filled with greenery. There are various clubs here and very active and regularly host events such as aayam, Career Conf, devfest etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is good but not worth it . Don't keep your expectations high for hostel. Better go for PG rather than hostel. Hostel provide mess which is a pure veg. Nearby hostel there are many PGs which provide tiffin systems.
Admission
There are two ways to get in this college either CGPET or JEE mains. JEE mains which is Joint Entrance Examination conducted by NTA(National Test Agency) to get entrance in any engineering colleges all over india and CGPET which is Chhattisgarh Pre-Engineering Test is astate level examination and is conducted by CG vyapam to get entance in engineering colleges in chhattisgarh. CGPET is beneficial for chhattisgarh canditates. You can find the application form in cg vyapam official website and the application fee is free for chhattisgarh students. The timing of the examination is 3 hours and the difficulty of the exam is moderate.
