Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are good and application part is also good. But for first year of B.Sc. we have to manage different subjects like english, punjabi, physics, chemistry, maths. That's I think is the difficult part of the course

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Fees structure in 2017-20 was about 24k/yr and for hostel it is about 19000/yr, in which mess charges are not included that costs 33rs/ diet. Scholarships are also there for rank holders and economically weaker sections and for reserved categories

Campus Life

Campus life is really good with good infrastructure. Different events has been organised, youth festival, Jashan, Every Wednesday musical mehfil and many more. Gurudwara is also there and many cafe's too.

Admission

The admission in human genetics will be on the basis of merit of 12th class. The admission to this course is not a difficult task. Teachers are good and environment of university is also good. As the university is semi government, the fees for course is very genuine.

GNDU has a placement cell that offers internships to 50% of students. Students of 2018-2019 batch were selected by Omics International, 2019-20 by IDSIL Infotech,2023-24 by IDS Infotech from dept of Human Genetics.

It's good but not enough

Course Curriculum Overview:

They should need to improve there curriculum and teaching methods they use the old methods like which are used in 90's according to time they need so new technology and most importantly they should focus on practical work more than therotical which helps in real life world not in books only

Overall it is a good university for who want a good collage life as well as study.

Placement Experience:

From the final year, students are eligible for placements and companies like Infosys, hp, and amazon visit to recruit candidates. The highest salary pakage is 20 lakhs per annum and the average pakage varies between 6-7 lakhs per annum. Less than 50 per cent of students get placements. My plan after my degree is to prepare for banking.

Admission:

I opted for this course because an aviation management degree can prepare you for an operations or administrative position where you might handle airport planning, budgeting, scheduling, human resources and project management for a career as an airline manager, airport administrator or industry analyst. I choose lovely professional university because my elder brother has done his degree from this university so i was aware about this university placements and faculty so i choose this university. Admission starts from mid April and closes in the end of July. For admission you need to fill an online form in that you have to select your exam date after giving online exam you have to give an personal interview in the university then you will get final call from the university and you need to score minimum of 60 percent in 12 board.

Remarks:

the college is needed to replace old infrastructure,a more space is needed for parking and less charges for parking,some students are working and they can't fulfill 85% attendance criteria therefore concession is required for them

I chose this university particularly from ample of other available as it was quite approachable from my place of residence. The admission procedure is not too hectic. We have to fill an online application form released in June itself and an entrance exam is conducted followed by counselling sesson within a week.And you are in the campus. That's way too simple. The entrance exam is not difficult at all. You get into courses depending on your rank obtained in the entrance exam.
