Course Curriculum Overview

college supports you very much in all aspects whether it is academics or sport .Umu organise many events like engineering day ,fest etc . Along with academics you will learn about many other things like how industries run , manufacturing process etc .There teaching style is awesome

Fees and Financial Aid

There is fixed tuition fees for the batch you join . They won't demand extra fees or hidden charges. May if you submit late will fine late charges . You may get scholarship based on your 12th performance. And additional jharkhand residence get 10% scholarship on tuition fees

Campus Life

It's infrastructure is good with having huge campus. Canteen also available. Along with all this hostel students can opt for mess . Umu have huge cricket ground , volleyball escort, badminton escort etc . Umu library is also good umu students get access of delnet with this they can access online library through Anywhere.They can borrow books also .

Admission

For btech you need to have pcm in 12th.For application form you can contact directly to the university or to me with the student referral you will more benefits . Admission process is very ease all you need is your correct certificates .There is no entrance exam. You may get scholarship based on your 12th and 10th performance

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

Placement Experience:

At BIT Mesra third is like full of practice for placements and final year more of placements activities than studies. So, when all these things are in order placements obviously will be more or less certain and here they are certain only with almost 90% students are places through campus with annual placements of 8-10 lakhs per annum.

According to my perspective or point of view students initiate preparing for placement cells in 3rd year ( 5th semester). The highest package of our college is 14 LPA And average package is 3.4 LPA. Approx 72 %students got placed in different different companies like tcs, wipro, accenture etc.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.

I applied on various government colleges like BHU ,OUAT And various private colleges like Netaji Subhash university, jamshedpur . In BHU the eligibility criteria for taking agriculture was to have maths in higher secondary and I was not having that In ouat the counselling process was very late.
