Entrance Preview
I took up Karnataka CET. In KCET I scored 5305 ranks in engineering. I opted this particular college because of its good teaching, rules and regulations, healthy environment and near to my place. My brother suggested me this college and after joining this I think I have made the right choice.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is Civil Engineering. It has a good scope and the faculty there are very good, experienced and friendly. I opted for this course because it is the general branch of B.E.It is an evergreen course where we can start our own business or work under any group or under an engineer. At present, I don't know much about this, but hope it will make my future a better one.
Internships Opportunities
I actually don't know whether the college provides the internship. Best companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, Birlasoft, Hewlett Packard, Bosch, Techmahindra, L &Tetc came to our campus.
Placement Experience
Best companies such as Tata Consultancy Services, Amazon, Microsoft,Ibm, BIRLASOFT, HEWLETT PACKARD, BOSCH, TECH MAHINDRA, L &T etc came to our campus. Around 354 students got placed. They offered packages up to 13LPA.Best campus placement facilities.
College Events
We were been through many cultural as well as management fests. We had Onam festival celebrated in our college were students came in ethnic wear. We had management fest named TIARA which had many contests and students from all other colleges around had come and participated. We had sports day where students participated in various athletic events. We had college day with many cultural programs which included dances and skits.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure is feasible. For first-year BE fees was around 25k.I got admission in this institute through KCET conducted by KEA. During admission, I had to fill out the details and pay the fee through bank. It was an easy admission procedure. No much things to get worried about. Facilities were available to help us during admission. Fees were not much expensive. About management seat, I don't know.

Alumni/Alumna
Seniors and alumni network was very helpful. They were good and friendly to us. . Ragging is not at all tolerated.
Exam Structure
We have three theory internals and one or two labs internal. Faculty used to take this internals very strictly. These exams made the students to attempt the externals in an easier way. The internal exams were for the duration of 1 hour and for 30 marks. Best pattern for studying purpose.
Admission
I got admission in this institute through KCET conducted by KEA. During admission I had to fill the details and pay the fee through bank. It was a easy admission procedure. No much things to get worried on. Facilities were available to help us during admission
Faculty
Sjec has well-qualified lectures. Not only in my course but in all the courses offered there. The faculty here are friendly and good. They teach well and also use new modern techniques to make us understand the concepts. They take us for some industrial visits. They are always there to help us. But at the same time, they are strict with the rules and regulations laid by the management.
