Course Curriculum Overview
Bcom Hons in IIPS is a course which not only focuses on commerce as a subject but also on other subjects providing basic knowledge which is compulsory almost everywhere now like law computers maths economics business accounts etc. It totally covers 36 subjects in 6 semesters.
Internships Opportunities
Our faculties if asked to gives and provides internship. If have not done any so don't have much idea about it. But the campus that are called are top level companies.
Placement Experience
Placements are the best in whole Indore. Companies that are called are top-level companies like Deloitte, Google, Colgate, TCS, Mp tourism, Oyo, etc. They have also given packages of 6-8lakhs per year which is more than sufficient for starting your career.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is average for a middle class family can be expensive for very poor family. Different course have different fees but difference is not much. Bcom hons have a fee structure of 50000 per annum to be paid in 2 installments online till a given particular period of time.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes scholarship is given to students not capable fir paying the fees. I haven't availed any but iknow that full fees i paid by the government only in such cases.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are good there are 5 hostels for girls 250 seaters each. And same for boys. The hostel campus is very vast. And security is very nice. But the inner condition of the hostel is very poor. Water facility is very bad. No clean water. Warden doesn't solve issues of the girls. Very old built walls and rooms. 2 seater rooms are there only. And 22500 is the yearly fees for living only. And the mess is different with 1700rs per month. But the food is not very good.
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors in our college are more like brothers and sisters and less like seniors. They are so much helpful that we don't need any kind of help from any outsider.
Exam Structure
Exams are very chilled out. There are 3internals of 20 marks each amongst which appearing for any 2 is compulsory and third internal is mostly assignment based helping students who are weak in studies. And 60marks external is held at the end of the sem. For passing you have to score 35 marks in total in one subject. Copies of every xam are shown to make sure there is no cheating in checking. And every semester consist of a seminar presentation of 100 marks ensuring proper growth.
Admission
First you have to register for cet. Then you will appear for cet and wait for the result. Once the result is out for your group you'll check the college cut off and if you fulfill the requirements of your desired college you may go for counselling and get the admission by providing 12th marksheet 10th marksheet migration certificate character certificate passport size photos 4 and documents listed behind your hall ticket for cet.
Faculty
Almost every faculty in my college that is Tips is the doctorate. Highly qualified faculty with high subject knowledge and teaching experience with proper training teaches us is the best way with practical knowledge and assignments for at least one exam is given to make studying interesting.
