Likes
- Iips is located at DAVV's campus that is a plus point , some faculties are really experienced. Also exams are test conducted on time.
- Whole year events are organised and guest lactures also arranged by the institution.
- Decent placements are given by institute, internship opportunities are also provided by faculties.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is poor, needed new labs and studio as per course requirements.
Course Curriculum Overview
As a advertising student, needed practical and theoretical knowledge of marketing and advertising, which is given by experienced facilities, also through assignments, class tasks and internship opportunities we learnt that.
Internships Opportunities
Swaha resource management, MP pr, Archer PR are the companies who recruit interns from the institute. Most of the interns duties related to public relations and advertising. Off campus opportunities are also there for the students.
Placement Experience
4th semester's students are eligible for placement, companies come and recruit the students. Highest placement is 2.5 crore in 2023. More than 50%+ students are placed. I want to pursue PH.d in communication.
Fees and Financial Aid
Semester fee is 35,000(6 month), including exam fee, everything is included in it. No bus service is provided by them. Government Scholarships are available for ST, SC and Obc students every year. Fees remain same this year too.
Campus Life
Many events and club activities are organised by students and institute. Ganpati celebration, spardha, tourism fest, maya and other events are organised. 20 clubs are running in institute such as environment, advertising, e-ship, AI etc.
Admission
CUET is conducted by NTA, according to marks of CUET, you can choose your college and course. For addmission, documents and Bank's Demand Draft of rs 10,000 is needed at the time of councelling. Exams and test conducted on time in every six months.
Faculty
Each class contains 40 students where permanent faculties and guest faculties come, some of them are from industry, some of them are very experienced in academics, knowledge of faculties are also good, you can ask anything to them, after class also.
Interview Experience
common entrance test is conducted that time, now cuet is conducted for the same. General Math, English, general knowledge are the subject for exam. 1 to 1500 rank needed for the addmission in iips, davv. I prepared by my own through books and YouTube.
