I was remarked that AMC is best college to study clinics. This is the first college I got selected and since I want to join here I didn't applied for other colleges. To join any MBBS college you should first write a written exam called neet. A national test to join MBBS. Every age group starting from 17 years and every caste are eligible to write this exam. MCC conducts counselling for admission into all medical colleges in india through AIQ. In choice filling I filled AIIMS Mangalagiri and then this college, I couldn't get AIIMS mangalagiri even after scoring 690 due to rank inflation this year, My All India Rank was 3336. So I choose this college. I refused to join in other peripheral AIIMS due to lack of patient load , and other state colleges due to language barrier You have to qualify NEET exam to be eligible for admission in this college. To get into Andhra Medical College, one has to write a National Level Entrance Exam called NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). Eligibility criteria include a minimum age of 17 years and at least 60% aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology in the 12th Class. Once the exam, an All India Rank will be generated and the candidate can apply for Counselling (either All India Councelling or the Andhra Pradesh State Councelling). If alloted to the college, one has to report within a week and confirm the admission by submitting all the required documents and medical fitness certificates. There are 250 seats available of which 15% seats are available for the All India Quota Students, while the rest are filled by Andhra Pradesh State Counseling.
