I chose this course because this course is designed in collaboration with industry experts, ensuring that the curriculum is aligned with current market trends and demands. This course includes internships, projects, case studies, live projects and capstone project providing hands-on experience and practical skills that are highly valued by employers. The faculty-student ratio at IMI Bhubaneswar, typically ranges between 1:10 to 1:15. This means for every faculty member, there are approximately 10 to 15 students. This ratio ensures personalized attention and support for students in their academic pursuits. All the faculties at IMI Bhubaneswar hold PhD degrees and possess extensive academic experience in their respective fields. Their qualifications ensure a high standard of teaching and expertise. The companies that offered internships are TAFE, Dabur, Capgemini, ICICI Lombard, Luxaire, Arvind Fashions, Jio, Mahindra Holidays, Bercos, Carnival Group, Insplore Consultants, Woxen Digital, Nestle Stipend ranging from 10000 to 15000 were offered by the companies for summer internship.

From 4th trimester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies that visited are ICICI Bank, EY, Photon, Exide, Kantar, PWC, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Infosys, HDFC Bank, Havells, Capgemini, Deloitte, Berger, Reliance, ICICI prudential, Aditya Birla Capital The highest package offered was 19.20 LPA The average package offered was 11.30 LPA The institute achieves 100% placement every year.

Every year there is a hike of some percentage in the course fees, hostel fees and mess fees. All students whose total family income is less than Rs. 8 lakhs per annum shall be eligible for Scholarship under Economically Weaker Section.

The annual cultural fest organised by the institute is "Phronesis". Another Event is organised by the institute every year which is named as " Sparx". The objective of organising Sparx is to supplement the academic learning with inputs from developments and day to day happenings in the industrial forefront and help people develop acumen for the same. A sports fest is also organised every year which is named as "Jazbaa". Jazbaa is a two day sports event introduced in 2013. Different sports competitions in Cricket, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Chess etc are organized among students from various institutions in and around the city. The ambience at IMI, Bhubaneswar offers a unique and complete learning experience. It boasts of one of the most modern infrastructures with classrooms and lecture halls having aesthetically designed interiors. There are various academic clubs and committees run by the students which fosters personal growth and development.

IMI, Bhubaneswar is a fully residential campus. Besides promoting group study and learning outside the classroom, the residential accommodation also enables the students to optimally utilize IMI resources like the library and computing facilities with internet and intranet available in the hostel. The menu is thoughtfully prepared to cater to the diverse taste buds of the students, ensuring a satisfying dining experience for all.

1) Eligibility of the Course- Candidates who have appeared for the CAT / XAT / CMAT examination or furnished valid GMAT score and have applied to IMI Bhubaneswar will be shortlisted based on information provided in the application form, CAT/XAT/ CMAT (sectional and overall) or GMAT score, educational background, marks in 10th, 12th, graduation and work experience. 2) All the information regarding application form, application fees and application dates can be obtained from the Institute's official website i.e. https://imibh.edu.in/ 3) For details on reservation benefits, you can refer to the official website or inquire with the admissions office for specific policies and procedures regarding reservations. But as far as I know, there is some scholarship criteria for students belonging to the EWS category. 4) Regular updates and communication regarding any changes or updates to the admission process would be helpful for candidates. Everything else is perfectly fine.

There were two rounds of selection, the first round was on the spot essay writing and the second round was personal interview round. The topic for essay writing was "Industry Leader I Admire". Then in the second round i.e. the personal interview round, the questions that were asked are- i) Introduce yourself ii) Why did you choose this course? iii) Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? iv) Why did you choose this institute? Some questions on current affairs were also asked.
