What Students Say

Likes

The surroundings are very clean and its full of greenery and there's also a big field
There's also a Loknath Temple beside the field which is perfect for Hindu bhakts like me
There's also a gym in the college campus which is free to use for all college students

Dislikes

The lab teachers lack knowledge about their own subjects
The management of the college is very weak it needs a bit of improvement
The dress code of our college it not to our liking and we are not even allowed to wear casual clothes

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose ECE as the number of placements are on par with CSE in this college The faculty of this colege is very good and they help a lot. The exams are held during the time of December which is on intermediate level

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 116000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees of ECE/CSE/IT is 6 lakhs and per semester it is around 75000 approx. I have applied for the swami vivekananda scholarship which is easy to apply, you can find the form in their official page of SVMCM. the fees hike policy is pretty transparent and it depends on MAKAUT

Campus Life

Annual fest is held every year which is very lively and its name is Horizon. There is a central Library in our college bcrec which is huge and has all kijds of books related to our course curriculum as well as books related to jobs and many other things. Sports are also held like cricket, badminton, football, basketball

Admission

I gave wbjee exam and got into the college through counselling. The exam form can be found in their respective official website. The admission process was pretty easy as we just needed to fill a few forms and pay the semester fees. I applied for ECE in BCREC

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

The main reasons for choosing this college was- 1.I had heard a lot about this college in terms of teaching style and the other faculty members. 2. This college provides a good placement . 3.
