Course Curriculum Overview

Because I love this subject and I want to continue with this subject for further. For every 3 students 1 faculty members is available in our college. Every faculty members are well educated and there teaching process are very well , we will regard of all. In a year,here have two semesters one is odd and another is even, there semester exam is medium difficult.

Class Size: 18Course Fees: INR 5000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In our college 21 department and there fees structure are different. If you study in chemistry you must pay 15500, and there are so many departments like physics, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, BCA, History, Bengali, English, Geography and etc. SVMCM and Oasis scholarship available in our college.

Campus Life

My college life is so beautiful. College host an annual cultural fest,it is held on around February. In our college has a big library and there have lots of book. Our college host so many sports and extra curricular activities in the campus. In our college have one social group.

Admission

Every student must be passed in 12th standard in any board exam. U can find the application from application fees and application date in our college wabsite. If you are disserved it then you can benifit in an easily. I see the improvement in the admission process.

SXC Kolkata is a gem of a college.

Placement Experience:

Computers are so vast that masters is mandatory and therefore I have certain plans for that. However big scale IT companies come here and students of Computer science Hons have had placements worth 6-10 lakhs easily. My plans are to appear for the job interviews but not taking any as I want to study more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
