Likes

Some faculty members and teachers is so good in teaching and solving students problem and behave as a friend.
Collage fees this collage fees is low as per other B.tech collage

Dislikes

The collage drainage system is very very poor. In raining session the college road ar filed by water.
Some faculty or teachers are so lazy and very poor in behaviour there attitude is so high but teaching skil very poor.

Course Curriculum Overview

My reasone for choosing this college is after i completed my 12th bord exam. I want to study in engineering and choosing this course because of government job this course have a huge opportunity for government job. Faculty:students ratio is every 10 students have a one faculty. Qualification of the faculty and review teaching method the teacher in good teaching well qualification good behavior every time ready for solving the students problem. The exams term by after every 6th months and the difficulty in exam is average.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The collage gave a fees structure per students. The police is before any semester the students have to pay the semester fees. Those students can't be pay their fees get fine. The cost to study is around 60000 per year. The students can get swami vivekananda scholarship, the students got financial assistance and the job of this collage on campus with stipend.

Gargi Memorial Institute of technology many culture program conducted by collage or collage student.All types of technical books are available on collage library .All classrooms are neither good nor bad.some branches are damaged. Many sports are conducted by collage like cricket, football, volleyball and carrom board also

Hostel Facilities

Hostel room are good and alway clean and bed are neither good or nither bad .in one room four student and four bed are avaliable. Hostel charges 4500 monthly. Included all facilities. This hostels only for ug student not for B.tech Students.

Hostel Fee: INR 52000 per year

Admission

The eligibility of the course is students have 12th pas. The application form, application fees and application dates are we gets from GMIT college website or directly from college. Reservation Benefits is available for ST, SC Students. I don't want any improvement in the admission process now.

IIT KGP: The kgpian way

Placement Experience:

4 yr btech students are eligible for cdc internship from the starting of their 3rd yr(5th sem) and for placement 7th sem. 5 yr dual degree students are eligible for cdc internship from the starting of 4th yr(7th sem) and for placement 9th sem. So many different profile companies came for placements like amazon, google, ibm, apple, l&t, wipro, infosys, texas intrument, etc. Highest package was 3cr and average is about 20-25 lakhs. Insightful Review - Revealing about campus life and academics.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semeter. Companies visited till now are : tejes - 9lpa, keysite - 7lpa, streebo - 5lpa and a few other product based companies with average pakage offered about 3lpa. Higest pakage - salesforce (32 lpa) off campus, keysite (7lpa) on campus. Last year 60% of total students from final year got placed. My plans is to purusue a higher degree as placement scene of your college is not that great and also i have intrest in ai/ml so i want to study future and dive more deep into its concepts

The course curriculum is not that different from other colleges. At the beginning or 1 st semester we are made to complete the bridge course which basically includes stuff we read in classes 11 and 12. But then also they can't teach properly the already read topics.

GMIT IS THE BEST ENGINEERING COLLEGE IN SOUTH 24 PARGANAS

First of all, the college is near from my house,so it was easy for me to travel daily. I am really satisfied with the facilities that the college provides us

I came to know about this college through a pre-counseling seminar after WBJEE. Once I got information about the college I visited the campus and was really impressed after meeting the faculty members and visiting the workshop and campus. I got admitted to the college in June, 2019. I preferred this college because I loved the environment of the college campus and certainly the infrastructure. Moreover, the college overall has a good placement and has a ragging free campus.
