Welcome to NDIIT

Post Graduation Diploma in Management, or PGDM, is a two-year diploma program that offers practical knowledge of businesss management. It is similar to an MBA, but more industry-oriented and flexible. To get addmission in PGDM, you need to have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks and clear enterance exams like CAT,MAT, or SNAP. I choose PGDM because I want to make my career in management line so I made this choice to study in this college and I am really happy to be a part of NDIIT. The faculty to student ratio is 5:1. The faculty is highly qualified with years of experience and expertise in their specific fields and their teaching method is highly commendable. Now let's talk about their term exams and difficulty of their exams. Their term exams are average in difficulty which students can easily pass and there are 4 semesters in this PGDM course.

The roles offered here are on the basis of different specializations. These specializations are marketing, finance, human resource, information technology, data analytics and operations. Internships are provided on the basis of knowledge and expertise of the student. Companies like BANDHAN BANK, PARISHRAM, OM LOGISTICS, OLL and many more companies offers decent amount of stipend. The projects includes dessertation which students have to perform as a team. Another project includes research papers.

After the completion of your 1st semester, you will be eligible for campus placements. The companies visited are PANDA AT WORK, BANDHAN BANK, OM LOGISTICS, LIBERIUM, PARISHRAM and many more. The highest package offered is 16.75 lakhs and the average package offered is 6.5 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 100%. After completion of my degree, I really want a campus placement in a good company with a good salary package and work.

Fees structure is 6.4 lakhs, but has chances of getting increased for the next session. NDIIT also provides internship opportunities and a foreign trip at the end of the 2nd year. The internship includes many good companies which will provide a stipend between Rs15000-25000.

My campus life at NDIIT is super fun. My classmates and faculty members are amazing and really helpful. Also recently our college organized our fresher party which was really fun and enjoyble. Their were many dance performances, many competitions like pushups competition and shayari competition and many more and also ramp walk and at the end with a lot of dance. I must say, that day was one of the best day of my life. Also our college canteen food is very tasty. Also we have a library which is full of interesting academic and non-academic books. The environment of our college is really safe and hygenic. Our classrooms are equipped with 3d projector and screen which is really beneficial for the students to understand and concentrate on their studies.

Addmission process is quite simple. I basically prepared for the CAT examination and I got 50 percentile and I got addmission in this college from my CAT percentile. The PGDM program is for 2 years and the application form and other required information are available on college's official website which is www.ndiit.org. The addmission process is very easy.

Firstly you have to fill up college addmission form and then your PI will schedule and then you have to appear for your PI on the specified date which college will tell you on your e-mail. My PI topic was :- "HOW SOCIAL MEDIA IS BOON AND BANE FOR THE GEN Z." Their is no specific book or study material that I followed for my interview. I only used to read newspapers,current affairs and articles. If you are selected then you have to further submit your documents to the college.
