I gave FMS entrance exam. Now selection is done on basis of CAT. This was the best college I qualified for.

Course curriculum is wide and varied. A lot of focus is on basic level concepts in subjects like psychology, finance, marketing, economics etc. It is graduate level though, not on a post graduate level. I know this because I'm an economics graduate. What was taught to us was graduate level economics.

Yes of course. It provides internship opportunities. Companies are invited on campus and they select students for internship in marketing and finance field. General stipend ranges from 25 k to 50 k for period of two months. It generally takes place in May- June of the year. Overall experience is mixed- for some its good and for some its bad, depending on the company and internship role offered.

Placements wise the campus is superb. The highest value return MBA in India. Almost all prestigious companies and big brands in India come to the campus for hiring marketing and Finance professionals. Packages can range from 8 to 20 lakh per annum. It depends on the caliber of the student, whether he is a fresher/ lateral placement etc.

Cultural and sports festivals are celebrated on campus. There are also various conferences organised by the societies like HR, Consulting etc. Fiesta society and Cultural Secretary organizes cultural fests. Sports society Altius organizes sports fest. It takes place in autumn- winter months of the year.

Fee structure is very feasible and affordable. One of the lowest priced MBA programs in the country, the campus offers superb value return on money investment. 10000 was the fees I paid per year. On top of it I paid 50000 for MSA fees ie student body fees which takes care of placement etc.

There is OP Jindal scholarship which is given on basis of exam performance. As fees is very low there are no other loan schemes/ scholarships available.

Gender ratio is good. Most of the batch-mates were engineers. Tolerance and student diversity wise campus shows good variety. Student parties were fun and enjoyable. Some students got carried away during these and they were duly punished by the college authorities.

Alumni network is helpful and friendly. The network is spread among a large number of companies and at various levels. Camaraderie between batch-mates was good.

Exam structure is moderately spaced out. There are practicals only in computer science subjects. If your attendance is very short, then you are not allowed to sit for exams and have to give twice the number of exams as other students in the next semester.

The faculty is good and well respected with a lot of teaching experience. They are also good natured and sometimes shared light-hearted fun with us. They are a little strict and conservative and were sometimes disgruntled by the lack of discipline shown by some students of the batch.
