Good. Students are provided the opportunity to sit in the interview till the time they have a offer letter in hand. Once they get offer letter they are not allowed to sit in any other companies process this is the only drawback. In case you dream company comes after you r selected in the company u cannot sit in that company. At least they should provide 3 choice to student so that they make a wise decision.

It's very refined. Also questions are applied based. If you have attended your classes then only you can complete the exam and score well otherwise it is very difficult to clear the exam. It's just a 40 marks exam nd rest 60 is divided into two parts. 20 for quiz and class test and 40 is for ppt nd project report.
