They teach you basics of computer science

Dislikes

Their is no clean water or washrooms. The infastructure is very poor and not maintained
Their is no canteen for food. Also their is no place to eat food in the campus.
The faculty focuses on theory not on practical knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview

I did choose the course because I had strong passion towards computer science and wanted to study it at early age. The number of faculty varies from courses to courses and no individual or group attention is given. Their is just a single proctor who is pH.d qualified. Their teaching method is totally bookish and no practical are involved during the course. Their are only files and assignments.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 15000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Few companies do came for internships and PPO opportunities with less stipend evolved and hired only 3 people out of 120 students. Their are no projects taken in the college. Only minor and major project's are their which are also not monitored by faculties.

Fees and Financial Aid

Their is 5-10% fee hike every year which is told to us before joining. The total cost for studying here for 3 years goes around 50000. You definitely get scholarship from third party assistance based on your caste or background.

Campus Life

We don't have any fests organised in our college campus. The library aren't available at all times, and collection of books are less. The classrooms aren't clean but benches, projector and white board is definitely present. Their are sports ground in the campus and currently no student clubs are running

Admission

There was a common entrance test, which had aptitude questions and the registration fees was around 500 + taxes. The eligibility is 10th Pass. The application for admission can be found on college official website which is dseu.ac.in and anyone can apply.

From Classrooms to Circuits, PUSA

Placement Experience:

starting in the the 6th semester, students are eligible for placement assistance. companies like Maruti Suzuki, NTPC, Tcs, Wipro The Highest package in my batch was a 6LPA package offer by Exicom company. and the average package is just around the 3-3.5 LPA. Mostly for technical and maintenance roles. Mostly job profiles are Junior Engineer, Technician, Support Engineer.

Yes, I can say that my college offers the best placements and this is also true. Our seniors have got very good placements this year. Students from our college even work abroad.The children of our home also get placements abroad and also get good placements in private companies

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very very good in this campus trust me beleive me I will not lie I have seen all my classmates are placed in good company with good package of 3 lpa. I will also get an offer from maruti suzuki. University of polytechnic has its own placement cell which offers on campus placement but the ratio is not satisfying. From 5and 6 th sem students are eligible for placements. Companies like vipro,l&t? tcs, voltas , tata motors etc visits. Average package for polytechnic is around 4 lakhs.

I choose mechanical because I like mechanical engineering so much and this college says 100% placement in this course. Faculty are very good. But due to Corona in 2021 here comes very bad company. Who gives maximum 12k-15k salary But In 2020 many companies gives 15k-18k this is average salary in this course

Cheap college but don't expect much

Easier to apply to. Only applied for this one and got it. No, didn't get rejected anywhere. Admission is for all, just have to get good marks on CET exam. Not sure about the cutoffs but you go through rounds of selection from the courses you picked....Read More
