Remarks

Over-all good being. The crowd is really so huge. No WiFi facilities. The intake is quite more than what University permits. Only i can say is you will have to study hard to qualify you 1st year. Overall a good place to hangout and enjoy.

Entrance Preview

I appeared for JEE Mains where my marks were fair enough. As per my merit ranks my name appeared in MHSSCE and hence i opted for electronics as my feild.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is quite interesting. Being a electronics student there Focus is equal on both theoretical and practical learning. Several extra efforts are been taken by the management for our benefits.

Internships Opportunities

Till date there are no Internships offered. The placement cell is not at all taking any extra efforts inorder to startup internship facilities. Only i can do is just hope that internships will be offered in our upcoming years.

Placement Experience

There are some companies that come every year like TCS and some other small companies. The packages provided to us is very less as frankly speaking. There are local hardware vendors coming to our college for placements as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is quite similar to the other private engineering colleges. The amount paid by me this year was somewhat ₹1.2lkhs. The fees is quite expensive but varies according to one's caste.

Faculty

I have a few words for them, they are just a group of illiterates. They just read out the slides which even my 5-year old brother can do and in a much better way. Even though there are some good teachers, they are over shadowed by the illiterate ones here. They are very well in their qualifications and good in their attitude too.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. In recent mind space give place about 12 lpa. Placement percentage is 80 percentage After getting degree my plan is for higher studies.

The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.
