Admission to GITAM is through the university entrance exam GAT (GITAM Admission Test), a computer based online test. Based on ranks achieved, admissions are done. i was qualified in GAT Entrance exam, In B.tech i choose the ECE Course.

Being a ECE student u get a opportunity to choose in both career choices either in the software side or the core side.The University Focus on Practical Learning The programs are offered mainly to fulfill the dreams and needs of the learners for Improvement of skills

the college provides an internships , Internships are relatively short term in nature with the primary focus on getting some on the job training and taking what’s learned in the classroom and applying it to the real world , the average stipend amount 10k-15k.

They were good. Mostly, everyone in the college gets placed. In our college senior batch, out of 800 members, 500 members have got placed in TCS which is a very proud moment for us. Coming to the salary, it depends on how the student performs. Companies like TCS, Microsoft, Accenture, Deloitte and much more have visited our college, The average package is 3.5 lakhs

Apart from studies the college also concentrates on NCC , NSS and community services. it organised various cultural events for its students. i am not a hosteler , the Hostel Rooms are awesome with good ventilation & high speed WiFi facility , Their are only sharing rooms with 2-4 members in one room as per the room size , The mess fees + Hostel fee was 6000/- per month approx., the Food was Awesome in Mess with South & North Indian Food Varieties.

The Alumni Association is organizing various events frequently in the GITAM University such as Alumni Reunion, Seminars, Career Guidance & Job Placements to inculcate the interactions between University and the Alumni.

exams are conducted in very strictly manner and Gitam University, will not compromise in any condition and will not allow any malfunctions in conducting Exams , As they teach very well so we feel the exams as the classes. Yes , it a chill culture.

Faculty is Very Much qualified and Very Experienced in teaching the courses , So many of them have the Ph.D degrees., interacts Towards Students Well , provide us with a unique learning experience in classes.They are also very supportive and helpful.
