Overcrowded campus because there are so many department in one campus

Course Curriculum Overview

Yes, the faculties are good but the problem is that there are so many interns which are teaching so this is not good but some teachers or faculties are good like Engineering Mathematics or CTSD or EEE(Electrical and Electronics Engineering).

Internships Opportunities

I am in 1st year so I don't have any experience regarding this but in the future, I will inform you about the internship opportunity in this college. As I discussed with seniors so they were getting internships, they showed us the offer letter.

Placement Experience

Placements are good the highest package was 32 lakh and the average comes under 7-8 lakh which is good. There are so many departments which is why the average package is very low but the worst thing is that there are so many students intake in the computer science and engineering department and because of that some of the students only get placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

You will get a scholarship based on your jee rank or 12th marks or the Gujarat State University exam. If you get 70% in the 12th exam then you will get a 20% discount on your 1st-year fees only or when you score more than that I mean 80+ then will can get a 40% scholarship which is a good in terms of fees and there is also a sports quota or defense personnel scholarship.

Campus Life

There are so many fest or events the main one is the Dhoom festival which is good or so crazy. So you will never feel bored or depressed in this college because every day you will find that there is an event or something else. Some celebrities are coming or some business tycoons or defense chiefs or ISRO chiefs or so many people.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels are so good but the prices are too high it depends upon your hostels or bed arrangements because for a three-bed sharing hostel price will be 106500 with an attached washroom and if you go with common sharing then it will be 85000 and there is another category you can opt for AC or non AC and there is four sharing, 8 sharing or 10 sharing rooms with common washrooms.

Admission

So there is an admission process which is based on the jee mains rank or Gujarat state university exam or the most interesting part is that you can take direct admission and you will be awarded a scholarship based on your 12th marks or jee mains rank for taking admission in Parul university you can simply visit their website and register there for a call back now a counselor will call you and they will tell you the whole admission process regarding your department. In engineering, Parul is credited with NAAC A++, and in Medical it comes in under the top 60 colleges in India because the nirf ranking of Parul University in India is 53 which is best for medical students.

Placement Experience:

the placement at vgec at decent, especially considering it is a government college with very low fees. student become eligible for campus placement from the 6 th and the main placement drives begin in the 7 th and 8 th semesters. many well known compnies visit the camppus every tear for software , core engineering and management roles. compnies like TCS, infosys, wipro , taat consultancy, adani, gsfc,and a few stertup hire students from different branches. the number of offers varies every year , but the overall trend is improving . some companies offer multiple job roles such as software engineer , QA engineering , embendede engineering , trainee engineering and analyst position . higher pacage is 5 lacks. after completing my degree , i plan to focus on improving my technical skills .

Decent college with room to grow

Placement Experience:

studemts become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester.The placement acitivity keeps happening throghout the final year.companies like TCS,Tata LTIindtree,wipro and few local startup like tcs and ltimindtree and the avg pakage stays on the lower sidw compared to big private colleges,The opporrinties are there ,but not as many as we expect. the percnatage of stundents getting placed depends a lot on the batch ,but it's definitely not 100%. A good number of students get interships or jobs their own efforts also,beacuse some companies dont visit every year.if a student if genuinely working on skills and projects,they can manage to get something , but the college placements alone might not be enough for evryone. after completing my degree, l plan to work on my technical skills and try for better opportunities throgh of campus options as well.i don't want to depend only on the on capus placements.my goal is to build a good portfolio so i can apply to bigger companies later.

My Life at D.D.I.T

The placement are one of the best in Gujarat for chemical engineering as the average package is on the higher side, at 6,50,000 and the highest package has reached 16,00,000. - students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement - some companies that have visited are Reliance Atul Bear L&T G.S.F.C Etc - around 70% of the batch was placed last year. - my plan is to prepare for Gate examination after/around my graduation.

What it feels to be a Parulite

After completing my 12th Boards I applied to a bunch of colleges and gave various exams to get a seat. I took the JEE exam as I wanted to go to IIT to pursue the same degree that I do now but unfortunately, I couldn't as I didn't get enough score to be selected for the advanced JEE exam. The other government colleges that I had applied to had a certain quota reserved for students from different regions and since I had to shift to a new city altogether that proved to be a hurdle. One such college that I had previously applied to before Parul University was the Maharaja Sayajirao College in Vadodara. I chose Parul University because I had good things about it and their placement scheme was well-known among people so I opted for this college. The admission process is pretty simple.
