Course Curriculum Overview

In fact, in the case of the branch that I have chosen, government jobs and private jobs are all available, but in the case of government jobs, there are more advantages in railway jobs, then if you become a sailor, there are advantages here. Also, the faculty members here are very good from penalty members. That we get benefits is also very good

If I talk about money in college then all colleges don't have money like here there is no money but it is seen that in some cases the amount of money is much more.Except here like all colleges get Swami Vivekananda Meritcum Scholarship if you get 60 percent marks and there is no difficulty in this also students credit card is available.

Campus Life

To say joy in the college here is a bit more than in all the colleges because all the programs that are held here are of a high level. Besides, many people come from outside to see. Also, when there is a festival, there are more people.If we talk about a sport, here everything is 100m run, 200m run and what else there is cricket, football, volleyball.

Admission

First you have to sit for the West Bengal Joint Examination according to the rank you will get if you are eligible for the college through counseling then if you don't get the seat in the college if you think that you will get admission in the management then you have to call directly to the management building of the college by contacting there When they give a date, come there on that date and fill the form and get admission in the college

Story of hit

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

Placement Experience:

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.
