student to faculty ratio in our college is about 1:120, teachers are well qualified and well trained .exams in college in first year is easy and after that particular subject wise specilisation course the exams in second and third year and fourth year is difficult

fees of college is about 36000 for a year for ageneral student and if you are from obc your fees is about 6000,and for sc and st zero frees,sc and st will get all the study material and stationary items fom the college

Campus Life

our college has different type of clubs such as jlug for teachnical club,c-cube for culture carrer and competence ,e-cell ,litc ,goldenbook sports event AWAHAAN and dj night and all cultural event happen in month of january and feburary this year TEDX will also come to our college

Admission

the admission in jec jabalpur is only through jee mains ,it comes on 3rd place in mp after sgsits and davv .cuttoff of cse is around 95% in jee mains and if you are under any reservation category your cutoff is less . obc and general cutoff was same but if you are under sc or st your cuttoff in cse branch is upto 50% .i want to see improvement in reservation criteria because all the student do equal hardwork and if a student at 90% will not get cse branch but a student securing 50% get cse branch start preparing from 11 and 12 class after taking pcm .study for jee mains and jee advance and if you are not able to secure iits or nits then i suggest that the better gfti in mp after sgsits and davv is jec jabalpur you can give jee mains 3 times in 12th and after 2 years consecutively and jee advance 2 times in consecutive years in 12th and one time after 12th you can fill exam form in 12th class at the time of november and december. you can give 2 jee mains in 1 year

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

After 3rd year onwards I think the students are eligible for campus placements. And till now around 90 companies have visited this campus and highest package till now is 70 LPA and average package is 7 LPA. Around 1500 students every year get placed from this campus. And my plans after the degree is either landing in a high paying job or staring with my own startup.

In my collge Students typically become eligible to participate in campus recruitment drives from the 7th Semester(start of the 4th year).However , the collge starts preparation much earlier through Campus Recruitment Training(CRT) and soft skills classes, which often begin as early as the 1st and 2nd emester to ensure students are industry-ready. Total Offers:For the 2024-2025 cycle,the institute reported over 300 to 450+ offers across various branches. Key Companies: IT/Software:TCS(Top recruiter), Infosys , Wipro , Capgemini , Cognizant ,HCL , Accenture, Cisco , Tech Mahindra Netlink ,Jaro education , Logical Softtech , KD provission , Kadel labs , Blueflames and many more. Total Companies Visited: Over 200+ companies (including 150+ core companies). The salary trends vary significantly between on-campus mass recruitment and off-campus offers. Verage package 5.0 - 9.0 LPA. Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are very good in one sense but okayish in some other. Many companies visit the college but only some of them are good and if one loses opportunity in some top companies, then only low paying companies remain. Students become eligible for college placements after 6 semester. Some top companies visiting for placements include, Goldman Sachs, Databricks, Google, Zomato, Amazon, etc. All of the students in my branch have received their offers except one or two, who will receive it eventually. Highest package this year is 1.04Cr INR and average would fall around 30L INR. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around always 100%. My plans after a degree is to work in industry offered to me by my placements, but even if I don't get on campus placement, I would be seeking out off campus placements and I am positive, I'll be in good place.

Last year there was approx 100+ company comes to the college for recruiting students. Last year their highest package is approx 10LPA and a minimum of 4LPA. Approx 80% of students are getting placed till last year and some of them are working in MNCs right now and some of them are opening their startups. After graduation, I decided to pursue higher studies abroad.

Yes , i can apply for this college for reason is it was a good college in your lower rank in jee mains exam you can also admit 12 th result and lateral entry for diploma students. So admission process is via MPDTE councelling which is the state level councelling process. Student get admission through the jee mains percentage. Accordingly they got the branch .
