Faculty Members are very co-operative and supportive.
Holidays in this college are for a long term just like weekends .
College is generally focused more on functions less on education.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is quite good but the time we get for our preparations of exam is not enough . Semesters are ending in literally 4 months and exams after exams is going on . Faculty members are so co operative and well behaved . Term exams were occured unexpectedly .

Class Size: 82Course Fees: INR 108000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

?1,18,000 for Btech First Year and then ?1,08,000 for rest of three years . The course fee is quite high and Scholarships are also coming . Campus are available but only a few got the chance to step in.

Campus Life

The life at the campus is as regular as the rest of the colleges . Tech fest , Tri fest and Sports are started after the semesters (especially in the month of January and February ) . The campus is generally ragging free . All those shits happen outside the college after college hours .

Admission

I had to appear Jee Mains entrance exam and this entrance exam occurs two times a year , then according to cutt off rank , I had applied in this college and then took admission when I got a seat in Computer science and engineering .

Placement Experience:

the placement is also not that much great. they are very few companies TCS and Infosys are the mass recuriter here . The core companies are close to null . So you have to go to only to the IT companies that to at a very low package . My students work for as low as 2.5 lac per annum . This year almost everybody was between 3lac to 10lac bracket . The highest on campus package are about 25 lac . Not more than that most of time. and the average package is almost about 3-4 lac per annum . The percentage of the students placed is also really bad . Most of the students have to hurdle by himself.

Placement Experience:

From seventh semester students are eligible for campus placements. Companies like TCS, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, AMAZON, SAMSUNG visited and about 7 to 8 lakh rupees package they are giving. Highest placement is 1.5 crore and the average package is 8 to 9 lakh rupees. About 70 percent students getting placed. I want to job in MICROSOFT.

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem the students became eligible for campus selection. Companies like Infosys, EVEREADY, ACC , ultratech and many more offering annual packages starting from 2lakhs to 8lakhs. Highest 8lakhs annual packages and average was like 3.5lakh to 4.5 lakh. Approximately 70 to 80 percentage of students are getting placements every year. After getting the degree i want to do a job in electrical companies.

I choose this course because at first I was interested to automobile engineering but I didn't got it from other college so I preffered this mechanical engineering. It is a very though course as it seems. And there was 1:7 for faculty and student ratio. Faculties were highly qualified and some did PhD and m. Tech and other are fresher. The teaching skill differ person to person. The thermodynamics faculty was very excellent. In every year there was 2 semester and it is a little difficult. And before semester there was internal and viva.

Life at Trident college

I chose Trident academy of Technology due to its affordable fees , decent placements, Faculty support.The admission process was based on JEE Mains scores,followed by counselling.Compared to KIIT or CET ,TAT is more budget friendly but lacks advanced labs and strong industry exposure . Trident is a private college and in 2021 it was the only college we could afford.
