FIMT is good college with all facilities for BA-JMC Course.

The admission process in this college has two phase. In the first pahse student need to get give common admission test conducted by GGSIPU. In the second pahse after getting pass in common admission test need to apply for college according to marks and ranks. Any student who has passed 12th board exam with minimum 50% marks and good passing marks in CUET are eligible for admission in college.

I choose this course because I wanted to make career in media industry. The college has good faculty and student ratio. On every 8 student there an one faculty. The faculty members are highly qualified and mostly are P.hd holder in their respeactive subject. The teaching method is good. The term is moderate difficult.

College placement cell provide good internship opportunities but mostly are without stipend. From batch mosty student join the media house for internhsip and learn about how media house works. The best outcomes from internship that its help during the placement process.

From the 5th semester student become eligible for campus placement. The top comapnies visited our college for campus placement were NDTV, News Nation etc. The highest salary package were 40,000 rupees per month, lowest salary package were 20,000 rupees per month and average salary package were 26,000 rupees per month. Only 45% student from our course get placement. Most of student has opted for higher studies.

The fees structure of college consist of college and university fees. The college fees is average according the college rank and facilities. There was no fees hike during my 3 year of college life. There is no financial assistance from college. You can apply for education loan from bank for financial assistance.

Library of college is big. There is very good collection of books related to our course and competetive exam. Classroom are spcious, big white board connected with projector and air conditions. For sports and game there is big playground where student can play football, volleyball etc. There are many group, clubs and society in college.

Hostel facility are avilable for boys and girls. There is seperate hostel for boys and girls. Hostel room, bathroom and capus is hygenic and clean. Every room has comfortable bed and stuy table. The quality of food is good in hostel mess. The registration process start for hostel during the admission time. There is limited number of hostel room so it alloted on basis of first cum.
