EAMCET entrance and main 10+2 exams are the eligibility criteria for admissions in GVPCE but we can also join via management quota. You can get fee reimbursement for EAMCET exam but not for main exams. Cut off in EAMCET is something around 100 for OC, 85 for BC, 75 for SC and 70 for ST categories. But this cutoff isn't valid for seats in management category.

College timings in GVPCEW are from 10:20 to 5:00 in 1st year, 8:40 to 5:00 for others.I choose Computer Science Engineering as I love coding and have lot of interest in computers.There importance is given to practical learning but more to theory.Its like more for classroom learning and a bit little for practical learning.

Many internships are available after 3rd year.But not many for these internships.The students here choose internships according to their field of interest and take necessary permissions from college.Its mostly software internships our college gets and some students are interested in core or hardware side.So they select internships as per their preference

TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Mahindra etc. are the key companies that come for placements. Minimum of 15 companies will approach GVPCEW every year. Rs. 6,00,000 is average salary package and highest is Rs. 10,00,000 60% students get placed either in core or non-core jobs.

Alaak is the GVPCE fest held in April where we also join. Apart from this we have technical and cultural fests also.

The fee for my course in GVPCEW is Rs. 1,03,000. Fee reimbursement (scholarship) is available from the state government but we can apply for other scholarships too. Minimum of 40% students get scholarships either from state or central government.

There is a Rotract association. There are other clubs for cultural activities.Also coaching for courses like Mission RnD ,TCS Code vista are also given.Equal importance is also given for sports also.

Girls hostel are inside the campus. The hostel fee was INR 1 Lakh per annum and PGs are available near the college the fee was about INR 2000 - 10000 basis on the requirement. The food is available in the college and it costs about INR 30/- per meal. The college has a big library with different volumes of books, journals, magazines, newspaper and it also consists of digital library where a student can spend a whole day sitting in the library, the college has about 10-12 wifi points so that students can have easy access to wifi ,the lab dining halls are well equipped for the students.

Alumni network is good and quite interactive.

Exams are conduction like as usual , i.e similar to other colleges.Each subjects will have 2 internals. And at end of semester we will the final exam

The faculty here some well experienced and have good educational background. In my department itself we have 5 Professors and 5 associate Professors and around 25 assistant professors in which many have done their PhD in their respective field of interest.
