MY PERSONAL REVIEW ON SRKR ENGINEERING COLLEGE

The course which i have choosen is Artificial Intelligence & Data Science(AI-DS) which is very popular and predominent technology now a days.So beacuse of all th reasons and my interest towrads this field made me choose this as my career path. The faculty to student ratio is 1:20 and even more because there are not much faculty but out of them all are highly qualified. The faculty members are about 900 in the college and out of them about 200 have completed their PhD. The term exams are of for every 4 to 5 months. The exams are easy to pass but go get a good grade you have to practice.

The college offers internships but not very much effective . There are many projects which are done by our batch and our seniors batches which can be taken reference to our juniors to make some innovative projects and the innovative projects are appriciated by the management and helped for the further process of implementation.

The students are allowed to campus drives from the 3rd year itself.As the college provide very large number of mock interview drives and pre placement drives which is more efficient for the student at the time of placement drive which makes them confident and prepared for the interview rounds of various companies. The companies like TCS,AMAZON,WIPRO,CAP-GEMIN,COGNIZANT etc. The highest package offered is 43LPA and lowest package was 3.2LPA.

The cost of study is done by givernment of Andhra Pradesh as my seat is Government seat so that the fees for the college is paid by them itself. There is no burden on the student to pay college fee if he/she gets seat in government quota. There are many scholotships offered by different national organizations and non profitable companies by their scholorship one can avail scholorship facilities.

The annual fest conducted evey year has an Unique name according to the year participations.The name changes every year. There are many tech events conducted every year by the college to improve the technical skills in the students and to participate with out any fear of being failed. There are many organizations maintained by the college students. The college provied great aminities for the classes and laboratories. The college social media sites like srkr_iste,srkr_csi,srkr_cineclub these all are run by students itself.

The hostel rooms provide greate facilities like wifi and hot water even AC rooms are also available but it costs 5000 more than normal Non AC rooms. The quality of food is ok but not top notch. The college hostel has limited seats to join but there are so many private hostels nearby which has large number of vacancies and also easy to registration also.

The Eligibilty forthe college is to join through AP-EAPCET exam or through management Quota. The Application form for this college is available in WWW.APSCHE.COM website. The reservation benifits are like if you even get the cutoff marks of your category you are eligible to get seat in that college.
