Not a memorable experience.

Only benefit i had was, the college was near my house and they had a good campus. Also provided parking facilities for the students. Except that, it wasn't a memorable experience.

After my HSC, i gave the CET entrance exam and based on that i got admission in this college. I applied under the Muslim minority quota and got the choice of my branch. There wasn't any interview for admission. It was a simple process based on your score and choice of branch.

The course wasn't as expected. It was too theoretical and very outdated type. Also there wasn't much focus on practical learning. It was just syllabus based and very basic type. There were elective options at the final year of the course.

The college didn't provide any kind of internship. It was never there. We ourselves only searched for internship during our semester vacations with the help from family and friends.

The placement was pathetic during our time. Only TCS was the major company to come, however they also had a pool campus recruitment. Other small tier companies came, however they wanted to hire engineering graduates for a job on sales/marketing etc. Quite contrasting. Only few of my batch mates got placed on TCS, and others are just confused.

The event was quite boring. The crowd was of our college only. Only few turned up from other colleges. The event was handled properly. Not much support from the college also. Only the DJ night was okay along with the awards night, where there were some good performances by the students.

The fee was a bit expensive for the middle class families. We had to pay a sum of around ₹ 95,000 every year. The 4 year course cost us around ₹3.5 lacs. Bit expensive with no good outcome.

We got scholarship under the minority quota. I got around 25 k ever year. There was also scholarship available for the EBC/OBC students. They were benefited a lot by the scholarship. It was good for the middle class students.

We hadn't any extra curricular activities. Only few workshops, and seminars were there.

Don't have much idea about the hostel as was staying at my residence. But friends who stayed said they were okay, not so good facilities and food quality.

There wasn't any alumni network provided by the college. We had no interactive with our alumni as well. No such thing actually existed.

The exams were okay. We had 2 unit tests with a gap of 1 months each. However by the end of semester it was quite a burden with the submissions, vivas, practical exams and then the semester exams. It was a mixed type of culture.

The faculty was average. Few teachers had a good amount of teaching experience and had a good way of teaching method. However some teachers lacked in explaining things and were arrogant. Few teachers were good and interactive with students. The standard of teaching was good by some teachers and some had no experience.
