Remarks
Until now I am enjoying studying here. The college campus is big enough but many things are cramped in here like, Degree, Diploma, Junior College and even a school, all in one big campus. So, sometimes it feels crowded in here, even though the campus is huge. The food out here in the canteens isn't that great.
Entrance Preview
Gave the MH-CET common entrance test in which i scored 111/200. I landed up in the college because of Muslim minority and my merit. There was no interview process. I have it all planned out, so I hope it turns out good after choosing Mechanical.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have just given my first year first semester exam. It is easy and the teachers are teaching well. I'm starting to get a knack of the subjects. The batch that just passed out won an international competition for projects, so many research activities are being carried out now.
Internships Opportunities
As far as I know the college doesn't provide with internships. But the college does send students for internship drives through which many students benefit.
Placement Experience
The placements are good for the CS/IT students, and even for ELEX and EXTC students. For Mechanical students it is somewhat dry. Though the last year students this year got placed in some companies.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are affordable as Engineering comes with a cost. It is around ₹90000 for my first year. I've heard that it either increases or decreases as the years go by.
Faculty
The teachers up til now are great. But the subjects we're learning now are common to all streams so other stream teachers also come and teach subjects to us. So I know very little of how my department teachers are. The standard is very high.
