Remarks

i say average not good or not bad. My experience is not that good but average overall. internal infrastructure is not well settled. college canteen facilities are not so good.college is good but as compare to fee facilities were not well. College need to develop a lot. Newly established but Fine campus. Average teaching. Modern & spacious classrooms, reading hall, gym facility, etc are provided.

Entrance Preview

I was admitted by the government admission quota. I was allotted the College through that. Interview process isn't followed followed for admissions. I initially developed some interest in the field of E & TC but later felt that IT would have been the best option for me.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The course is a nice course. In the year of 2013 practical learning was okay & justified. Practical sessions at that time were good but less equipments. No research initiatives were taken by the College till then. Don't know about now.

Internships Opportunities

No any internship provided by the college on their own reference. No company coming in college for internship and even college do not provided any internship program for student.

Placement Experience

1

For last year i.e the passing out batch BE, they do not provided placement facility at all. We hardly remember any placement opportunity provided to us in 2013-14. No good company came in college for recruitment. No good packages given. Number of students placed were 5-6.

College Events

3

Every year we celebrated all cultural and technical fest programs in month of January. They also organised state level technical events & fest. This things are very well organised by college many number of participants from college and other college student also participated in it. Crowd would have been 2000.

Fee Structure And Facilities

in 2012, annual fee was 72000. As compared to fee college facilities were so less. However as compared to the fee, college demands, facilities provided are very less. No ground to play outdoor games n other activities. for last year student they not provided placement facility. practical sessions at that time were good but less equipments were in the labs.

Fees and Financial Aid

College provided government approved EBC for student those are applicable. I didn't avial any . Bank educational Loan facility was also provided by recommended bank.

Campus Life

1.5

They organised plantation of tree and "save water, save life" like programs in village areas to create awareness. Atleast this is the thing where we get some platform to achieve things we desire.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

I did not stay in hostel because of the fee problems. The hostel fee is very high & difficult to afford. There are rooms on sharing . Hostel fee is too much it is around 87000 annually. The food is average. Compared to fees, facilities are compromised alot.

Alumni/Alumna

alumni interaction with student is not so good. No good platform was provided by the College to the students. Yes the alumni surely contributed in the development of the students and teachers.

Exam Structure

The exams are not chill cultured, it is strict. Strict in discipline, rules & regulations of exams. No not that frequent. We enjoyed a lot in college life as well.

Faculty

2.5

Teachers are good for electronics and telecommunication. They were BTech & MTech qualified. faculty members are good but issues with faculty payments. They are interactive & friendly.

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. CIA like case studies, presentations, and assignments encourage hands on learning. However, in some programs, there is a still heavier focus on the theory, so students must actively seek extra learning resources

The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.
