Likes

Campus is very welk designed they have multiple building according to departments.
Sports ground. It is well mentained turf ground with all sports played.
Teaching is also good each teacher is well qulified.

Dislikes

Hostel of college we hqve to pay alot but the facilities hostel provide is poor
There is no internship program in hostel.
The placement is poor in the college it can be better

Course Curriculum Overview

So i choose aiml because its new branch in our university and ai is now developing widely so for feauture aspect i have decided to go with this course and subjects are intresting so its fun to learn there is no specific change i can suggest i love the course

Class Size: 67Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

So , yearly fees for college is 85000 for general category, which include all facilities like library, labs, etc There is category wise fees distribution OBC category student have to pay 50% of fees SC/ST 35% of fees is required to pay There are various scholarship program held by indian as well as maharashtra govt like maha dbt for college and punjabrao deshmukh for hostel.

Campus Life

-College take cxultural as well as sports event. -In the cultural evnet there are different days like traditional , bollywood ,annual etc -the infrastructure is provided by college only. -the sports event is organized by our seniors they do all extraordinary jobs the they conduct is something different.

Hostel Facilities

So hostel fees is 120000 in which 5000 is for collateral damage made by student and it is refundable But hostel does not provide any facility it only provide cupboard and bed in the hostel get will be open till 10 at night after that you need permission of warden to cone and go. Mess is included in the fees but food is so so. If we rent an pg so its will be affordable.

Admission

Its is the college which gets fit according to my marks. I am not able to make for another college due to lack of marks I am not able to clear their percentile. If I could go to another college it would be obviously any iit due to environment in iit is like its dream. Its has all best prof. And placement is extraordinary.

Faculty

Faculty to student relation is good they help us in daily studies and many more till the college hour any time student can approach any faculty menmber. The faculty i like is Mrs. Prachi Tamhan mam she has all what a good teacher needed student fell 8n love with that particular subject.Hse teaches us DBMS. The faculty is dont like is Prajakta mam she teaches us m3 which i dont understand There are total 4 exam 2 insem and 2 ends sem Exam are easy it we study otherwise its hard to clear 20% of students generally fail in it due to avoiding studies

Night Life

Night life in college is nothing and also around there are shops so they are open till 10 at night so there is nothing special about it But night life in hostel is something very fun how the student tease warden and do some funny stuff is nice

placements start in 7th - 8th semester . Companies like wipro cisco and TCs etc visit. Average package is 4-5 LPA , and highest I could say 9 to 10 LPA .. my plans would be- if not got high paying job on campus I will try off campus too..

Placement Experience:

In my college students become eligible for campus placements from 7th semester and every year many companies come for hiring. Recently companies like TCS Accenture Cognizant Hitachi JSW Group Philips Axis Bank and some startups also visited so we get both IT and core chances. As per the latest data the highest package was around 24 LPA and the average stays around 6 to 6.5 LPA for most students and the lowest offers start from 3.5 LPA so it depends a lot on the role and company. Many students get placed but it mostly depends on skills performance and branch so it is not guaranteed for everyone. I feel the college gives decent chances but we also have to do our own preparation because competition is high. If I dont get placement from campus then I will try off campus also because there are many openings outside specially in IT. Overall placements are good for this level college and since companies keep coming for drives students who prepare properly usually get at least one offer.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. My experience of iiit pune

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements once they enter 3rd year of college. Some notable companies that visit the campus is nomura, walmart, amazon, nvidia and they take 5-6 candidates each while nomura takes 15-16 per year. The highest on campus is 43 lakhs while off campus is around 1.4cr. average package is 14-15 lpa mostly for swe roles. Percentage student getting placed is 50% oncampus and if we add off campus the number goes to 80%. I plan to work in the industry for 2-3 years and then try to go for masters.

Reality of Alard College Of Engineering and Managment

I apply for various colleges like dy patil , sopanrao moze , mit , coep , aissm but i got alard college of engineering and managment because of i cant fit in cutoff list of other collges . I cant reject any college but i dont get addmision oportunity in other colleges due to my percentage so i only get this college in the list .
