Dislikes

Campus is too far from the city near 80KM so taking time if you are going home or coming hostel
Mess food is not good as those are gujrati food I really hate the food
Placements are not as the fees they are taking

Course Curriculum Overview

From beginning I was interested in computer Engineering so I take addmission in this course and faculty are also good they are helpful accept some of them (50%) 50% faculty are good only. Donot accept so much from them.

Internships Opportunities

I don't know about the internship as I am the 1st year student so Don't know the actual process but you can get internship at last year as it was the part of the course but most of the students doing free internship not paid.

To be honest placement are decent not good because this year the placement report is too bad here company coming like TCS , INJALA, MEDKART, SATVA, RAAPID, SYNOPTEC,companies coming but if you have skill you can take off campus placement

Fees and Financial Aid

63000/sem and if you are from AP 57500/sem they got 5500/sem scolership without doing nothing and if you got addmission from GUJCET You get full college fee scolership. For general no scolership have. If you doing M.tech you can take classes and you will be paid I don't know how much.

Campus Life

The campus is near 300 acres so big campus hostels are pretty good but most of the students are from Gujarat and AP some days you have to suffer.it have library one sports complex but you have to pay for this one olimpic size swiming pool have. GDSC group of this college is was running by students

Hostel Facilities

I have Taken non Ac hostel fees(no electricity bill have to pay)20000+28000 for regular mess if you want AC room (you have to pay electricity bill)30000 rupees per year and if you don't want to go regular mess you can take another which is 38000 and south mess also available 40000/year If you want nonveg you can take marine mess but not recommended because fees are so high don't know the actual price but >100000/year

Hostel Fee: INR 48000 per year

Admission

You only need 45 % in PCM to take addmission in any course accept Marine Engineering because you. Need 60 % in PCM because Marine Engineering is verified by DGshipping you need atleast 60% in PCM other wise you need 45 % in PCM . ***No addmission test required***

Worst educational experience of my life

From 6th semester we became eligible for campus placemet many companies asked to have cleared all the backlogs in the respective subjects of the students Companies visited are e spark biz , webcode genie , shaligram , casepoint ,alpha e ,ignek ,lanet , silvertouch, invonix , brevitaz , tatva soft the offers are generally between 2 to 5 lakhs per annum 5 lakhs being the higest achieved by our students Placement percentage used to be very high when chande sir was in tpo it was around 60 to 70 percent but in my batch it shrank to just 20 percent I have started an import export company after getting the degree i am planning to clear gate and go for the masters now i am quite finically stable and ready for any challenges life throws at me

Placement Experience:

Placement in this college is quite good and it also depends on the grades of the students. Highest package goes to 14 lakhs per annum and the average package goes to 5 to 6 lakhs per annum. As the students enter into their 7th semester the placement process gets started and the students will go into th selected companies in their 8th semester and if the worked well their they can also get PPO which means that they can do their job for permanent time. Percentage of the students last time who got placed in big MNCs company goes to 87 percent and the rest students got their placement in some small company. My plan after my b tech degree is to get higher studies in Mtech by score a good mark in the GATE exam which is going to be held in February month.

U.V.Patel collage of engineering Full review in detals

I get the addmition from appling into ACPC. thay ranke you based on the socre you get in the 12 and diploma. after that thay head the three round of the collage selection and give you the collage bsed on the empty sites and rank. i chose this collage is becasue it has nice scoreing structre and nice student and teacher ratio. good exproser to the event and inter collage festivel. other collage like silver Oak that i have applied in first round of selsection. but when i get to the coolage form more information the resonse was not good and collage infrastructure is bad. it's feels like crouded and sofhisticated. and one good thing about silver Oak the fess are less than my collage areounf 80 to 85 k. and it is aforadeble to me but becouse for hostel problem i did not get the addmision in silver Oak....Read More
