Likes

Annual function of the campus was so good
I like the art activities organized by the college that was memorable
I love the campus library. Campus library have enough books for students and I don't face any problems regarding my books

Dislikes

There is no proper student union organization
The college canteen was not good they don't have maintanence for canteen
There is not a proper uniform for traditional courses which is I don't like

Course Curriculum Overview

I love to study chemistry that's why I selected this course. I had three main subjects in my graduation which are physics chemistry and maths. The faculty of DSB campus is too good especially chemistry department. In each subject we have 3 papers and every paper was taught by different teachers we had 2 batches and 6 teachers teach us one single subjects. The university conducts its exams on time and the level of papers is good either not too easy and not too hard, yes I can say average.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 4000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

We pay fees accordingly our semester system which means 2 thousand in one semester and then 2 thousand in next. There 2-3 govt. Scholarship programs by which university provides scholarship to students

Campus Life

The social life at DSB campus was good there is no ragging environment in the campus. The college hosts annual function every year and so many programs all year. NCC cadets organize so many social awareness programs

Admission

I found the application form on the official website of kumaun University and then I filled my application form.On the basis of our percentage in 12th class the college makes a marit list and according that list further process of admission will proceed by the college. The application form fee was 50 rupees.

GEU is amazing university!

Placement Experience:

HAL, Interglobe Aviation, and DRDO and others have made understanding with our university to take our students for giving us practical exposure. Now these are the same companies where our services will be hired and therefore as per placement standards packages of 50-60 thousand a month is what we will be paid.

Placement Experience:

Only the companies that deals in aviation and especially in building defense aviation are the ones where we will be placed. Since, HAL, DRDO and others are ones who have partnered with us, so probably those are the companies where we will be placed.

Placement Experience:

Overall university placements records are amazing but for our course no placements have been done as no batch has cleared the course. In 2027, we would be the first batch and I am quite positive that we will have atleast 5-6 LPA packages.

We are in second year and currently we don't have any placements idea as we are the first set of students who will be placed from our college. However, I think the companies with which we have tie-ups like the BEL ane HAL will be the ones who will also hire us.

GEU is a novelty to be a part of!

Placement Experience:

After 3rd semester we have to go for internships at HAL and DRDO. Even ISRO is in talks and once that happens I think placements will just be some inches away from us. Looking at the track record and the quality placements that GEU has otherwise I think getting 5-6 LPA as an initial starter would be very much within line.

The Average College With Zero Cheating

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Has Botany Zoology and chemistry and it don't have maths in combination with it so I choose this option. But this college doesn't offer variety in BSc Course. The Course is good for gaining a high level knowledge and experience in the field of science. The Teachers Could go on with the course more in depth by practical applications The time given for each exam is 2hrs which is relevant on basis of level of difficulty.

Placements are only given if you have relevant skills which impresses the companies companies to come here and health interviews and written exams you need to pass those and average package of a colleges 7 to 10 lakh per annum the highest package I have heard of his 20 lakhs per annum
