Fees and Financial Aid:

Our college Department of Biotechnology ,Bhimtal, Nanital comes under Kumaun University,Nanital. It is a goverment college so the fees of our college is affordable according to the course it's ?55250 per year . The fees is collected semester wise . The first semester fees is approx ?33550 as it include all tution fees, caution fees ,lab fees, library, and all the other fees. The fees is constant for course it is not increasing semester wise or yearly.

Go there if you just want a degree

The fee of every year is around 1800. For third year this time it was 1831/- This includes all the charges including lab, library, computer, and all other charges. We usually pay it in a single installment. It us usually has paid after we fill the admission forms. We get the fee slip and then we pay the fee in the Kurmanchal bank Kashipur which is near ratan cinema road. Once the fee is paid out admission is confirmed. Scholarship is also available but only to the scheduled caste people I guess. For other categories for example say Bachelor of arts it was around 1500 only.

The tution fees is quiet affordable for each class of society. The fees remain constant each year. The college provides best education in minimal amount. The students who come from poorer section are availed scholarship on the basis of there family income.

There is much assignment work. And practical lab =, of chemisrty is not so good.

Fee structure of my college is quite simple. It include all the things that available in college. Including wifi and electricity bill. And they had taken very less amount from us. If i total all these the fees of the particular semester is 1936. Which is pretty good according to me. The college provides us scholarship also. But i am new in my college and i have also applied for college scolarship. Currently i am preparing for neet examination and i am not doing any job right now.

Good experience

From the first semester to last semester the fees decreases. Also the cost of living is manageable. As it is a government University the fees for each semester is not much. You can get an scholarship by checking on the college website.

Why should you join /skip D.S.B. campus

There was no fee hike in B.Sc. All scholarship program under the govt. Of India was facilated by the college there is no scholarship program by the college itself and in our course there is no stipend
